Hello, I am currently having trouble accessing my assembly guides on my customer portal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It is also not appearing here: https://www.deagostini.com/uk/assembly-guides/

Hi Matthew,  First, WELCOME to the forum.  I currently don`t have anything on the Deagostini Portal, but I have on the Fanhome Portal. If they run the same way then the downloads don`t show until the pack of parts has been sent. If your parts are showing as dispatched and the downloads are not available, contact customer services (CS) and ask if there is a problem. May be a slight delay as its a new release, but I`m not making excuses. Ask the question in the online chat or email CS. If you get no joy get back to me and I`ll see what I can find out.
