I have recently changed my email address and attempted to update my personal profile.

I amended as necessary, logged off, logged on and the old email address is still there.
Can anyone assist with this niggle please?

PM me your new email address and I`ll see what I can do. It may be that it needs Admin access to do it, but may just be that the system needs some time to update.
