After almost 4 years of not applying a decal on a seat shell I was a little hesitant........but it was like taking an old bicycle back.

Seat preparation with primer, 2 layers of matt black and a heavy layer of clear gloss on the shell to make the decals adhere better

Usual process of templates (as large as possible so as not to have too many joints), decal, installation with softening aid and hairdryer.
Let it rest for 48 hours and then 4 coats (the first 2 very gently) of clear gloss.

I then Painted it in matt black externally and chrome silver internally and then definitively mounted in its place

Once the decal work was finished I moved on to the upholstery work which I knew wasn't too simple....but I did my best.

I created the most extensive templates possible to avoid too many joints and I covered the first seat with very fine adhesive flocking.

It's not without its flaws but overall it seems pretty decent

The second bucket seat went even smoother than the first.

Once the seats were finished, which were a nice thought, I moved on to something more relaxing: the 4-point seat belts

Before starting I created a bar for anchoring the lumbar belt and 2 plates for the shoulder ones, plates fixed directly to the rear firewall.

Taking various Schroth models as an example, I printed the buckles and started assembling.

I then downloaded the logo, converted it to png and, using the best possible high quality of my small home printer to the max, I printed the ribbons on adhesive paper. I then covered them with opaque adhesive tape to dampen the translucent effect and on the other side 0.2mm double-sided tape.

And finally assembled everything.

I started working on the bulkhead between the front passenger compartment. I welded it, engraved it and inclined it and aligned the upper part with the base of the windshield.

I then closed the modified bulkhead laterally with 2 plasticard flaps.

In this way I created the space to design the ventilation and fan assembly which I will design following the references of the original spare part.

Having finished the first part with the fan box I moved on to another big lack: the brake booster - reservoir - master cylinder group of the braking system.

Between references and dimensions allowed by the model I started to design it.

I had to modify the frame as there was a rib that was longer than necessary compared to the 1:1.
Once the area was prepared, I had the opportunity to test the dimensions and dimensions of the new brake booster group.... and after some adjustments and reprinting I arrived at the final group consisting of:

-brake booster support with reservoir bracket and internal linkage that connects to the brake pedal
- brake booster cylinder with vacuum hose connection
- Tank (divided into 2)
- Tank cap
- master cylinder
- circuit pressure sensors

I moved to work in the "sump" of the petrol tank.

Some time my friend opened the window on the bumper for me for the future air flow for the additional oil radiator.

After studying the coupling between the floor and the tank compartment and bumper, this is in the middle.

I started working with the dremel and removed the vertical part (but subsequently also the floor part which can still be seen here).

I built the bottom with plasticard, I then imported the image into the program and after having dimensioned it I started to design and finally printed my tank
