Issue 3 Part 1

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Fitting The Roll Bar Lenses

First, remove the roll bar light cups off their sprues, I would recommend using a sharp craft knife for these. The lenses are best to just twist off their sprues, picture 2. Insert the lenses into the cups as shown in picture 3. Picture 4 shows them all in place.
Take the roll bar top, roll bar light bracket, 2 x ACM screws and the roll bar lenses you’ve just assembled, picture 5, and place the roll bar lenses into the roll bar top as shown in picture 6.
Fit over the light bracket and secure with 2 x ACM screws, picture 7. Note the orientation of the bracket, it will only fit one way.

Installing The Beacon
Take the beacon cover and push fit it onto the top roll bar as shown in picture 8. Push the beacon lens up inside the cover from under the roll bar, picture 9.
Next, take the beacon LED and push the bulb up through the centre of the LED bracket and bend the bulb casing as shown in picture 10. Place the assembly into the beacon cover from below, picture 11, and place the bat turn lever bracket as shown in picture 12 and secure with 2 x AM screws.

That completes part 1 of issue 3.

Issue 3 Part 2

Fitting The Bat Turn Lever

Push the flat end of the emergency bat turn lever through the middle of the bat turn lever base and push this through the roll bar bottom as shown in pictures 1 and 2. Fit the handle onto the end of the lever as shown in picture 3.

Installing The Dome Lenses
Place the left and right dome lens stalks into the recesses on the top roll bar, picture 4 and secure with 4 x NP screws on the underside of the roll bar as shown in picture 5. Note: You will need to use a smaller screwdriver than the one supplied for these screws. Turn the assembly back over and push fit the two dome lenses, one on each stalk as shown in picture 6.

Completing The Roll Bar
First, feed the LED cable into the hole in the bottom roll bar as shown in picture 7. Now carefully fit the bottom section into the top roll bar as shown in pictures 8 and 9 and secure with 4 x AM screws, picture 10.

Picture 11 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 4

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Fitting The Windshield Supports

Take the left windshield support and push the pins into the holes on the windshield frame, picture 2.

Be very careful as the pins are quite delicate and will need to be pushed in firmly as they are a tight fit.

Do the same with the right-hand support, picture 3.

Picture 4 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

I have placed the windshield with the roll bar to give an idea of how it will look, picture 5.

Issue 5

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assembling The Bell Housing

Fix the bell housing connector (05C) to the bell housing plate using 2 x FP screws as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Take the gear box connector (05D) to the inside of the bell housing using 2 x DM screws, pictures 4 and 5. Place the bell housing plate and attach it to the end of the bell housing and secure with 3 x CM screws, picture 6.

Preparing The Cable
Take the cable and cut it into two pieces, one 70mm long and the other 60mm long, picture 7.

Fitting The Bell Housing Cable
Take the longer of the two cables and push the starter connector into the end of it, picture 8. The connector is the larger of the two that are supplied. Push the starter connector into the bell housing plate as shown in picture 9.

Fitting The Starter Cable
Push the starter connector into the end of the remaining cable, picture 10. Push fit this onto the starter as shown in picture 11.

Picture 12 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
