Have not had a package delivery since November of last year. Still waiting on package five. Anyone know what is going on? Have contacted customer service a number of times and always pat answers..

TC Hi,  I understand you frustrations but, as this is not Customer Services we do not have any more information than you have already been given. I have also deleted your duplicate post on this subject as it serves no useful purpose. The Lotus kit has had some distribution issues that are affecting everyone, myself and my Official Builder included. Along with the initial problem, there is now the added problems being caused to global shipping. I`m therefore asking everyone to exert some patience if they experience some delays.
