STAGE 9:
These parts are for building the front left steering upright.
Locate the two ‘knuckle’ parts, 9A and 9C. Assemble the parts as shown in the picture. You may need to clean the paint out of the locating hole in part 9A as the parts might be a tight fit. Secure the parts together using the bracket, 9B and 2 x AM screws.
Locate the knuckle arm, 9G and fit the tab over the upper pin on the assembled knuckle. Fix using 1 x AIM screw.
The two suspension linkage parts, 9H and 9I are fixed together using 2 x EM screws. Make sure the parts are assembled the right way round.
Fix the assembled bracket to the tab on the top of the knuckle arm using 1 x EM screw.
Fit the lower pivot on the knuckle assembly through the hole in the end of the silver suspension arm on the front chassis frame. Secure using 1 x AM screw.
Push the rubber gaiter in place over the short stub axle on the isser side of the knuckle.
Store the assembly until later.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 10:
The parts here are for building the engine turbo units.
Locate the air duct parts 10A, 10B and 10C. Push-fit the parts together as shown. They will only fit together one way. Retrieve the engine assembly and locate the two manifolds, parts 2 x 10M. They are both the same. Fit them to the cylinder head and fix in place using 2 x KM screws in each manifold.
Locate the compressor housing parts, 2 x 10J and 2 x 10K. Fit the housing parts together. They will only fit one way.
Locate the turbine casings, parts 2 x 10L. They are both the same. Fit the compressor housing to the turbine casing and secure using 1 x CP screw in each. These parts will only assemble one way.
Locate the exhaust outlet, part 10G. Fix this to one of the turbine assemblies using 3 x KP screws.
Fit this assembly to the right manifold previously fitted. This part attaches from underneath the manifold, using 1 x AP screw from above, through the hole in the manifold.
Locate the turbine outlet parts, 10H and 10I. Fix the parts together using 1 x KP screw.
This assembly can now be fixed to the other turbine casing using 3 x KP screws. Fit this assembly to the other manifold and secure using 1 x AP screw as before.
Press the two manifold covers, parts 2 x 10E, in place on the manifolds.
Locate the turbo drive valves, 2 x 10F. Press-fit them in place on the turbine casings. They will only fit one way.
Locate the air inlet duct, part 10D and push into place in the left compressor housing. Do not worry about the angle at this stage.
Locate the other inlet duct, 10A, and push into place in the right compressor housing. Again, do not worry about the angle at this stage.
Store the engine safely for now.

STAGE 11:
In this stage you will begin to build the fuel injection system.
Retrieve the engine assembly and locate the fuel rail, part 11A. This pushes into place on the locating holes on the intake manifold.
Locate the injector ramp, part 11O and the blue connector fittings, 6 x 11P. There are 8 parts provided in case you lose or break any. VERY carefully cut the parts from the sprue and press them into place on the red injector ramp. Take great care to make sure you position them correctly.
Repeat this process using the red connector parts, 11Q. Fit them in the other 6 holes on the ramp, facing the opposite way to the blue ones.
Now locate the bag of tiny fittings, parts 11R. Fit them into the holes on the intake manifold making sure you position them correctly.
Insert the two pins on the red injector ramp into the two holes on the top of the manifold. Make sure you fit the ramp so that the blue fittings are uppermost.
Fit the two rocker cover parts, 11B and 11G, into the locating holes on the rocker cover.
Fit the two crank case connectors, 11D and 11E, to the locating holes in the rocker cover. Make sure you fit them the right way around with the thinner pipe facing along the engine and the thicker pipe facing outwards.
Press the curved vent pipe, part 11C, onto the two thinner pipes just fitted.
Locate the vent intake connector, part 11F. This part fits into the locating holes in the inlet duct and the vent connector.
NOTE: This part has been manufactured incorrectly. The angle on the left end of the pipe is the wrong way around. The part will still fit but there will be a very small gap at the bottom of the connection point.
Locate the four parts to assemble the compressor housing, 11K, 11L, 11M and 11m. These parts are all a simple press fit and will only assemble one way.
Fit this assembly into the two holes in the side of the engine block.
Locate the steering pump, part 11H and fit it into the locating holes in the top of the previously fitted compressor bracket.
Fit the bracket, part 11I into place just under the compressor bracket and fix using 1 x BM screw. The compressor can be tilted upwards to allow access.
Press the camshaft sensor, part 11J, into the locating holes in the distributor cover.
Store your engine safely until it is needed again.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 13A:
The parts supplied are for assembling the steering and front suspension.
Locate the shock absorber parts 13A and 13B. Fit the parts together taking care that the two pieces are the right way round. Fix using 1 x EM screw.
Locate the lower shock absorber part, 13C, and the spring, 13G. Fit the spring over part 13G, and then press the assembly 13A/13B down inside the spring compressing it. Twist the top of parts 13A/13B to lock the shock absorber together.
The shock absorber can now be fitted to the front left upright on the subframe by connecting it to the pivot arm on the arm and fixing with 1 x AIM screw.
Repeat these stages to assemble the other shock absorber and fit it to the right knuckle arm as before, using 1 x AIM screw.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 13B:
Locate the three steering rack parts, 13H, 13I, and 13K.
Fit the parts together making sure they are all oriented correctly to each other. Fix using 2 x MM screws.
Place the steering rack into the housing, part 13J.
Fit the rack and housing onto the front of the subframe and secure with 2 x AM screws.
Fit the ends of the tie rod arms into the locating holes in the upright knuckles and secure using 2 x UM screws.
OPTIONAL DETAIL:
You can add circlips to the ends of the steering rack gaiters using thin strips of self adhesive metal foil tape or a chrome fine point marker pen. NOTE: these options are entirely at the discretion of the builder.
Store the assembly safely until later.
