I was in convo with CS at the end of last week over this very issue.
There are at this time several issues with the supplier that cover some/not all parts from 26 - 41.
I received pack 6 about 10 weeks ago, minus issue 26. At this time I should be awaiting pack 10 this month as I started my subscription last November at the first release. I only received issue 9 from pack 3 a few weeks ago.
It had been hoped that it would have been sorted by now, before those like yourself on the second release caught up, but unfortunately that has not been the case.
My contact at CS is out of office until the 12th September. so I will not get another update until at least that date. From my last convo with CS there is not an available time line at present.
You will also note that the same issue is affecting the Official Build.
I will update when I get any more info.

Sounds like it's the engine parts that are an issue as 26 is the start of the engine. The engine apparently is highly detailed so maybe the task of producing such small parts has been troublesome?
