Assembling and Fitting the Frame

Take the right middle frame (27A) and attach it to the left rear frame (27B) using 2 x CM screws, picture 2.

Take the assembly and secure it to the front chassis and rear crossmember using 2 x CM screws as shown in pictures 3 and 4.

Pictures 5 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Assembling the Crossmembers

Take the central crossmember, (28A) and secure it with 2 x CM screws as shown in picture 2.

Take the rear crossmember, (28B) and again secure it with 2 x CM screws, picture 3.

Assembling the Rear Mount

Take the two shock absorbers, (29B) and the rear mount, (29A) and secure the shock absorbers to the mount with EM screws, picture 2.

Take the assembly and secure it to the rear frame using 2 x CM screws as shown in picture 3.

Issue 30

Assembling the Spider Joint

Insert the spider joint (30D) between the two flanges at the end of the slip yoke, (30C) and secure each side with an AP screw, picture 2.

Take the assembly and place it into the recess at the end of the rear axle housing, (30B) pictures 3 and 4.

Issue 31

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assembling the Rear Axle

Place the rear axle side (31A) onto the rear axle (30A) and secure it with 2 x AM Screws, pictures 2 and 3.
Next, secure the rear axle housing to the rear axle with 2 x AP Screws. Please note with way round the rear axle housing is fitted as shown in picture 4.

Finally attach the back axle cover (31B) in place by push fitting it on securely, picture 5. Note: Make sure you are happy with the fit of the axle assembly, I have taken a different view of the orientation of this part as shown in picture 6, as once this part is in place it will cover the screws.

Issue 32

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assembling the Leaf Spring

Place the left rear leaf spring (32A) onto the post on the rear axle. Note that the longer end of the leaf spring runs towards the back as shown in picture 2. Place the shock absorber mount over the leaf spring and secure with an EM screw, picture 3.

Push the ends of the ā€œUā€ bolts (32C) through the holes of the mount and secure them with the small nuts (32D) using the supplied tool, (32F) pictures 4, 5 and 6.

Using an EM screw, secure the shock absorber (32E) to the notch on the side of the mount as shown in picture 7.

Pictures 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
