So, YODEL now in charge of delivering the issues - this is a big mistake. I have only just enrolled for this model, and now thinking of packing it in already. YODEL are not the best, and their delivery time from having items in their possession to you receiving the item is unnecessary over the top long. IEG: tem with Yodel: 05 Sept. Estimated Delivery 29 Sept. Complete joke, besides the fact that YODEL rarely knock on your door and just leave items unattended on the door step in full view. Not a great move from Deagostini!

Yodel have been delivering DeAg stuff for quite a while now.
I have 3 current builds on the go and parts always arrive within a week of being shipped.
Maybe I have decent delivery guys but they always ring the bell and wait.

I have just received my 6th pack, the third from yodel. So far it's been fine, actually better then royal mail. There is the option to collect yourself from the local depot or have it delivered to a local retailer. I have collected mine from the local depot each time. You can download the app and follow it which you couldn't do with royal mail. I wouldn't let it put you off

Hi, Blink
Following on from Roy and Steve`s comments, I have had 19 packages delivered by Yodel without a hitch and not one has taken more than 2 days from collection to having it in my hand.

The following may clear up your thoughts:

When the customer portal says dispatched, it does not mean that Yodel have it. Yodel only collect from the warehouse twice a week as requested by Deag/Fanhome.
If you go onto the Yodel tracking App, it will tell you when they have it, or it will say "Still with the sender" if they have been notified of its existance.

Next the estimated delivery date. "Estimated" not when it will be delivered. Again its back to the Yodel tracking App, where you will find out exactly where your package is at every stage when they have it. Each package goes to a National Hub, then to your delivery depot and then to you. On the App there are lots of things that you can do, when Yodel have your package to aid delivery.

I hope this goes some way to explaining how the delivery system works.

Regards

Wow thanks guys, some great feedback there, much appreciated. Seems like my past experiences of Yodel is just that…a thing of the past!
