Issue 62 Part 1
Assembling the Left Hand.
Picture 1 shows the contents of the parts for this issue.
Lots of parts in this issue and it’s all fingers and thumbs.
A little note before we start this issue. You will need a small pair of pliers to push the little pins into the joints, some go in a lot smoother that others. It is very important that you double check each part for its orientation before fitting them together with the pins, as once the pins are in situ, it will not be easy to dismantle if you make a mistake. Another note is that the pins are not labelled in their bags. There are three bags of pins, one bag with 4 pins is 62I, the other two bags have 5 pins in each and look exactly the same. Take a pin from each of these bags and set the two side by side. You will see that the pin 62J is a fraction smaller then 62H, and when I say a fraction smaller it is very hard to see unless they are side by side. Once identified, make a note of which is which and set aside.
I have split this issue into two parts because of the amount of picture taken, let’s get started.
Take the two parts (62D) and (62A), as shown in picture 2, paying attention to the orientation. Push the pin (62J) into the joint as shown in pictures 3 and 4. Take the thumb joint (62K), again making sure you have the correct position before attaching to the assembly with a 62H pin, picture 5. Push fit part the joint plate (62E) into the top slot on the assembly.
Continue fitting the remaining first joints/fingertips 62D and 62A with the shorter pin 62J, pictures 6 and 7. Fit the remaining joint plates in place as shown in picture 8.
Picture 9 shows the complete assembly for part one of this issue.

Issue 62 Part 2
Assembling the Left Hand.
Here is the second part of this issue.
Press the left (62F) and right (62G) plates into the third joints (62B), pictures 1, 2 and 3.
Insert this joint assembly into the respective second joints, using the pin 62H, pictures 4 and 5. Do the same with the remaining three joints, picture 6.
Fit the four knuckles (62C) into their respective third joints, using the 62I pin, making sure you have the right orientation, pictures 7 and 8.
Picture 9 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 63
Assembling the Left Hand.
Picture 1 shows the contents of the parts for this issue.
Take the left thumb joint from the last issue and attach the thumb joint using the pin 63F, picture 2. Picture 3 shows how it looks sideways on to show the correct orientation. Place the four matching fingers on the pins inside the back of the hand (63A) and secure with 4 x PP screws as shown in picture 4. Place the thumb joint into the slot, picture 5, and then secure it using the lower palm and securing it with 3 x PP screws, picture 6.
Place the upper palm (63B) into the two slots in the inner palm, picture 7. Place the palm detail (63D) into the large hole in the lower palm, picture 8.

Issue 64
Assembling the Left Arm.
Picture 1 shows the contents of the parts for this issue.
Fit the wrist (64C) into the end of the forearm (64A), using two IP screws, picture 2. Fit the gun anchor (64J) with the opening facing the ball joint and secure with two IP screws, picture 3. Picture 4 shows the orientation of the part when fitted.
Place the pins of the elbow ring (64L) into the elbow nut bracket (64M) as shown in picture 5. Insert the nut (64H) into the hole.
Place one of the disks (64E) into the round end of the assembly as shown in picture 6. Note that this disk has the ribs in the convex position on the face. Place a 64D disk on top of the 64E disk, note this has its ribs in the concave position, picture 7. Now place the remaining two disks into the elbow, starting with the 64E (concave) disk, picture 8. Place the elbow onto the disks in the forearm as shown in picture 9, then enclose the assembly using the other half of the forearm (64I). Take the screw (64K) and place the washers (64G and 64F) over the thread, picture 10. Place the elbow assembly with the nut in place over the forearm (64I), and thread the screw in the hole of the forearm assembly (64A) and using the socket wrench from issue 44, tighten up the screw into the nut placed in the elbow ring, picture 11. Finish securing the assembly with two IP screws as shown in picture 12.
Place the wrist joint (64B) into the corresponding end of the forearm, guiding its two pins into the grooves rotating clockwise until it is fixed in position, picture 13.
Finally snap the wrist socket into the wrist joint as shown in picture 14. Check the movement of the hand.
Picture 15 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 66 Part 1
Assembling the Left Arm.
Picture 1 shows the contents of the parts for this issue.
Fit the cover parts (66C and 66B) on the outer side of the elbow as shown in picture 2. Place the small elbow disks on each side of the elbow with the grooves visible, picture 3.
Note: I found that dabbing a little glue on before placing the disks in the grooves helped keep them in place.
Push fit the arm into the forearm elbow joint so that the holes align, picture 4. Next, place two washers (66E and 66D) onto the screw (66J), picture 5. Push the screw into the hole on the elbow and the nut in on the opposite side and tighten the screw using the socket wrench, pictures 6 and 7.
Place the end of the bracket (66I) in the arm hole and tilt the other end so the end aligns with its holes with those on the arm. Push the small pin (66K) into the hole, pushing it all the way with pliers, pictures 8 and 9.
Fit the plate (66A) to the back of the arm, pushing the two pins in the hexagonal holes. Pictures 10 and 11.
That completes part 1 of this issue.

Issue 66 Part 2
Assembling the Left Arm.
Place the two rods, (66N and 66M) into position and secure them using two AP screws, as shown in picture 1. Fit the pins of the detail (66H) into the holes on the outer side of the arm, picture 2. Now fit the plate into the holes on the inner side, pictures 3 and 4.
Position the wire (660) into the holes as indicated in picture 5. Next, fit the wire (66P) as shown in picture 6 and the same with wire (66Q), picture 7.
Snap fit the pins of the disk (66L) into the outer side of the elbow, it only fits one way, pictures 8 and 9.
Picture 10 shows the complete assembly for part 2 of this issue.
