STAGE 33A:

These parts will allow you to add more engine bay details.

First, retrieve the firewall (part 32A) from the previous stage.
Locate the clutch fluid reservoir parts, 33A and 33B.
Press the cap onto the body and then press the assembled reservoir into its ‘D’ shaped locating hole on the upper left of the firewall.
It will only fit one way.

Locate the brake servo, part 33C and fit it into the two recessed locating holes at the top left of the firewall.
Make sure the protruding pin on the front of the servo is on the left side.
Secure the part using 2 x AP screws from behind.

STAGE 33B:

Locate the brake pump, part 33D and fit this into the two holes on the front of the previously fitted servo, part 33C.
Make sure the four pins on the side of the pump face right.

Locate the fluid reservoir and cap, parts 33E and 33F.
Press the cap onto the top of the reservoir and then fit the assembly to the top of the brake pump, part 33D.
The part will only fit one way.

Locate the two fuel lines, 33G and 33H.
Note that 33H is shorter than 33G.
Fit one end of 33H to the innermost pin on the right wheel arch.
Fit the other end of the pipe to the pin protruding from the side of the NOS unit, part 21H.

STAGE 33C:

Fit one end of part 33G to the other pin on the wheel arch, next to where 33H was just fitted.
Attach the other end of the pipe to the pin near the front of the wheel arch, close to the silver expansion tank, part 21B.

Locate the vacuum tank, part 33J and press this part in place in the locating next to the two previously fitted pipes.
Make sure the protruding pins on the front of the part face inwards.

Locate the two parts of the ABS module, parts 33K and 33L.
Fit the round cap, part 33L onto the cross-shaped pin on part 33K.
Fit this part into the two locating holes on the opposite wheel arch.

Save part 33I for future use.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 34A:

These parts will allow you to add more engine bay details and then fit the engine and radiator.

First, retrieve the main chassis assembly.

Locate the windscreen wash bottle and cap, parts 34B and 34C.
Press the cap in place on the reservoir body and fit the assembly to the two holes at the front left of the right wheel arch.

Locate the battery, part 34J and press this into place next to the windscreen wash bottle. It will only fit one way.

Locate the air box parts 34E, 34F and 2 x 34I.
Press the cap into place in the hole in the air box and fit the two red connectors to the pins on one end of the air box.

STAGE 34B:

Fit the air-box assembly in place in the two holes at the front of the right wheel arch, with the red connectors facing inwards.

Locate the two fuel line clips, parts 2 x 34K and fit these to the two fuel hoses 33G and 33H to hold them together.

Locate the engine assembly and fit this into place between the wheel arches with the transmission going underneath the transmission tunnel.
Make sure the intake manifold tube (part 6G) locates in the hole in the side of the right wheel arch.

Fix the engine in place using 1 x AM screw on each side, locating the engine mounts to the mounting points on the wheel arches.

Locate the air pipe and connector, parts 34G and 34I.
Fit the red connector to one end of the pipe.
Fit the connector end of the pipe to the locating pin on the intake manifold tube, part 6G.
Fit the other end of the pipe to the connector at the front end of the air box, part 34E.

STAGE 34C:

Locate the long pipe and a connector, parts 34H and 34I.
Fit the red connector to one end of the pipe and then fit this end to the pin on the side of the rocker cover tube, part 11G.
Fit the other end of the pipe to the other red connector on the air box, part 34E.

Retrieve the radiator assembly and fit this to the front of the chassis rails, locating the lower ends under the chassis.

Fit the upper water hose into the locating hole in the upper corner of the radiator.

Turn the chassis over and secure the radiator using 2 x SM screws in the ends of the radiator support.

Connect the lower water hose to the locating hole in the corner of the radiator.

Locate the radiator expansion pipe, part 34D.
Press one end onto the small pin underneath the radiator cap and feed the other end of the tube down behind the radiator.

Keep the crankcase deflector, part 34A for future use.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 35A:

These parts will allow you to add more engine bay details and begin the front body.

First, retrieve the main chassis assembly.

Locate the exhaust valve parts, 35H and 35I.
Press the two parts together and then fit the assembly into the locating hole in the intake manifold tube part 6G.

Locate the four parts of the turbo outlet pipes, parts 35D, 35E, 35F and 35G.
Press parts 35D and 35 E together, then parts 35F and 35G.
Fit both assemblies together. They will only fit one way.

STAGE 35B:

Fit the turbo outlet pipe assembly to the two compressor housings (2 x 10J) on the side of the engine.
Make sure the part is securely located.

Locate the front body panel, part 35A and the two support brackets, parts 2 x 35B.
Fix one bracket at each end on the inside of the body panel and secure using 2 x CM screws.

Locate the horn bracket and the two horns, parts 35J and 2 x 35K.
Press the horns into place on the pins on the bracket.

Store all parts safely for future use. Take care not to lose the two small upper supports, parts 2 x
35C.

STAGE 36A:

These parts will allow you to fit the front part of the body.

Retrieve the front part of the body, part 35A.

Locate the secondary fan and the housing, parts 36A and 36B.
Press the fan into place inside the housing then fix the assembly to the front of the body panel, part 35A using 1 x AM screw.

Retrieve the horn assembly from the previous stage and fix this to the front of the body panel, next to the fan housing using 1 x AM screw.

Retrieve the main chassis assembly and fit the front body panel, part 35A in place on the ends of the chassis rails and the tops of the wheel arches.
Secure the part in place using 4 x AM screws into the top ends of the wheel arches and also into the ends of the chassis rails.

Retrieve the small upper radiator supports, parts 35C from the previous build stage and press these into place between the front body section and the top of the radiator.

STAGE 36B:

Locate the inner intercooler, part 36I and fit it to the two protruding supports on the lower front of the body, part 35A.
Note that the locating holes on part 36I should be nearer the bottom of the panel.
Fix the part in place using 2 x AM screws.

Locate the front of the intercooler, part 36H and press this into place on the rear part of the intercooler, part 36I.
It will only fit one way.

Retrieve the ATESA reservoir, part 20B from stage 20.
Locate the lower air filter housing, part 36J and fit part 20B to it. It will only fit one way.
Fit this assembly to the two mounting posts on the front of the left wheel arch and secure using 2 x AM screws.

Locate the two air duct parts, 36E and 36F.
Fit the two parts together and secure using 2 x AP screws.
Press this assembly into place on the front right of the body panel 35A making sure it also locates into the cut-out in part 36J.

STAGE 36C:

Locate the upper air filter housing, part 36K and press it into place on the lower housing, part 36J.

Locate the air circulation panel, part 36D and fit it in place on the upper edge of the front body panel, part 35A and secure using 2 x QM screws through the locating holes near the centre of the panel.

Locate the hood support rod, part 36C and fit this into place across the front of the body panel, part 35A.
It will only fit one way.

Save the turret bar, part 36G for future use.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 37A:

These parts will allow you to begin assembling the rear sub-frame and to fit the firewall.

Locate the parts for the left rear lower suspension arm and the brackets, parts 37B. 37C and 37D.
Fit the two brackets 37C and 37D onto the ends of the arm, part 37B.
Make sure you fit each bracket at the correct end of the arm.
Fix from the outside on each end using 2 x OM screws.

Locate the parts for the opposite assembly, parts 37E, 37F and 37G.
Assemble these parts in the same way as before, again making sure the brackets are on the correct ends of the arm.
Fix from the outside on each end using 2 x OM screws.

Locate the rear sub-frame, part 37A.
Fit the two suspension arm assemblies into their locating holes on each side of the sub-frame.
The parts will only fit one way, on the correct side for each.
Fix in place using 2 x CM screws in each suspension arm. (4 x CM screws in total)

Store this assembly safely for now.

Retrieve the firewall, part 32A.

Locate the 4 x brake hoses, parts 4 x 37H.
Fit one to each of the four pins on the brake pump.
Note that they are numbered in the pictures from 1 – 4. This will be of relevance later.

Carefully run the hoses behind the clutch master cylinder.

STAGE 37B:

Retrieve the two silver clips, parts 2 x 32C from stage 32.
Fit these into the locating holes near the top of the firewall, trapping the four hoses in place.

Locate the long vacuum line, part 37I and fit one end to the pin underneath the intake manifold at the rear of the engine.
Feed the line up between the two arms of the intake manifold.
Fit the other end of the line to the upper pin on the vacuum tank, part 33J.

Locate the shorter vacuum line, part 37J and fit one end to the lower pin on the vacuum tank, part 33J.

Locate the firewall assembly and place on the main chassis, just behind the wheel arches.
The part will only fit one way.
Secure the two lower fixing tabs to the chassis using 2 x CM screws.

Locate each of the four brake lines previously fitted and attach each one to its numbered counterpart on the ABS module, part 33K.

Locate the free end of the short vacuum hose, part 37J and attach it to the pin on the brake servo, part 33C.

Retrieve the vacuum line fixing clamp, part 33I from stage 33.
Fit this to the long hose, part 37I and clip it into the hole on the firewall, just beside the brake servo, part 33C.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 38A:

These parts will allow you to assemble more of the rear sub-frame.

Locate the left knuckle parts, 38A, 38B and 2 x 38I.
38A and 38B are marked with the letter ‘L’.
Fit parts 38A and 38B together with the angled arms both at the top.
Secure the parts using the 2 x 38I brackets and fix with 4 x AM screws.

Locate the mounting bracket, part 38C. It is marked ‘L’.
Fit this to the shaft at the top of the knuckle assembly and fix using 1 x AIM screw.
The bracket will only fit one way.

Locate the suspension upper arm, part 38D. It is marked ‘L’.
Fit this to the end of the bracket 38C so that it is facing away from the knuckle.
Fix in place with 1 x GM screw.

Retrieve the rear sub-frame assembly and fit the knuckle in place on the left side.
It will only fit one way.
Secure the upper arm to its locating point and fix using 1 x RM screw.

Turn the sub-frame over and fix the lower end of the knuckle shaft in place using 1 x CM screw.

STAGE 38B:

Locate the right knuckle parts, 38E, 38F and 2 x 38I.
All parts for this assembly are marked ‘R’.

Fit the knuckle parts together as before and secure with the 2 x brackets, parts 38I and 4 x AM screws.

Locate the upper bracket, part 38G.
Fit this in place on the top of the knuckle shaft and fix with 1 x AIM screw.
The parts will only fit one way.

Locate the upper arm, part 38H.
Fit this to the upper bracket so that it faces away from the knuckle and fix using 1 x GM screw.
Fit the assembly to the right of the sub-frame and secure as the left side, using 1 x RM screw in the upper arm and 1 x CM screw from underneath.

Store the assembly safely for now.
