I thought it was my computer playing up at first as it's only just been installed and I expected hiccups.

Hi Chris,

Your comment is very apt. The original problem was slow running, then it fell off the planet.

I had at that time reported it twice and when it came back up today, I reported it for the third time and it was passed back to the IT department.

The problem is now that my contact is on leave after today until a week into the new year.

I am therefore keeping everything crossed hoping it sees out the next two weeks.
