Np m8 just a quick question as you have concentrated on plastic kits in the past and this is your 1st wooden model, what would your preferances be for future builds. Personaly i find wooden kits more chalenging and rewarding as you actually crafting the entire model from a pile of wood and im not knocking plastic kits either as iv built loads myself over the years Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

I have only worked in plastic and etch before the victory. I would agree there is more craft involved in the wooden kit i have found it challenging at times and there is some real satisfaction around forming the parts. i will make wood again but i am a bit of a rivet counter so i lice plastic for the accuracy which i am trying to do in building a replica this build will be more of an impression than a scaled down version of the real thing. quite like the look of the more modern ship deag do but also really want to have a stab at the surprise “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

So long that you are enjoying your build that is all that really matters. For your future reference the cannon trucks have been put together the wrong way around, the widest part should be at the back. No problem with everything else and these cannons will be well obscured with the next deck. Just get the six cannon that appear on the top deck right and everything will be ok. Good luck Steve..
