Issue 82

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Fit the rear stabilizer from issue 81 into the stabilizer joint (82C) at the narrowest point, and secure with an HP screw, pictures 2 and 3. Now secure the assembly to the assembly from issue 81 and secure the joint with an FP screw, pictures 4 and 5.

Please Note: In issue 78, I fitted the side turbine, (78E) into the wrong post. Although I show where this was to be secured correctly in picture 6 of issue 78, my eyes must have wandered and secured it into the adjacent post instead.

The next picture 6 shows that I have moved it to its correct position.

Secure this assembly to the underside of the foot using 2 x IP screws as shown in picture 7.

Snap the upper end of the bridge (82D) onto the top of the foot as shown in picture 8.

Picture 9 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 83

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Push together the two parts of the rim (82B) and (83C) and secure them together using 4 x IP screws, picture 2. Fit the rim inside the tyre (82A), picture 3. You may want to warm the tyre up using hot water to make it more pliable to make it fit over the rim easier.

Press fit the hubcap (83C) onto the side of the rim as shown in pictures 4 and 5.

Place the fender (83A) onto the tyre, securing it with 2 x MP screws, picture 6.

Rotate the two parts down as arrowed in picture 7 and push the wheel assembly onto the ball joint, circled in the same picture.

Picture 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
