Issue 51

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assembling the Rear Floor Pan

Secure the rear floor pan using 7 x CM screws as shown in picture 2.

Installing the Resonators
Push the left exhaust pipe into the recess in the end of the resonator as shown in pictures 3 and 4. Turn the assembly over and secure the resonator to the rear floor pan using 2 x AP screws, picture 5.

Now do the same to the right resonator.

Picture 6 shows the complete assembly of the resonators.

Installing the Fuel Line
Finally, take the fuel line as shown in picture 7 and feed the line from the front of the car through the body to the rear, pictures 8 and 9.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Assembling the Wheel Wells

Place the left wheel well in position and secure with 3 x CM screws, picture 2. Attach the right wheel well in the same way as the left wheel well, picture 3.

Fitting the Power Switch

Take the power switch (52B) and place it into the bracket on the floor pan and secure it with 2 x CM screws as shown in picture 2.

Installing the Battery Box
Place the battery box (54A) onto the seat pan, lining up the four screw holes to the posts and secure with 4 x CP screws, picture 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 54

Installing the Speaker

Place the speaker (54B) into the slot on the floor pan, picture 2. Cover the speaker with the speaker bracket using 2 x CM screws as shown in picture 3.

Installing the Battery Box Cover
Carefully turn the assembly over, then insert the two tabs at the bottom of the battery box cover (54A) into the underside of the model and push the top of the cover until it snaps into place, picture 4.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 55

Installing the PCB

Place the PCB (55A) on the four-screw post and secure it down with 4 x CP screws. Note: Make sure the “A” faces the front of the car as shown in picture 2.

Place the beacon cable (55C) into the “L” slot as shown in picture 3. Place the switch cable into slot “A”, picture 4, battery box cable into slot “B”, picture 5 and finally the speaker cable into slot “C”, picture 6.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 56

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Remote Control

Place the buttons (56E) into the front of the remote-control case (56A). This will only fit one way. Note that the tab in the case fits into the button assembly to help its orientation, picture 2. Picture 3 shows how the buttons look from the front.

Now insert the remote-control PCB (56D) as shown in pictures 4 and 5. Snap fit the back of the remote-control case to the front, picture 6.

Finally, insert the battery tray (56C) where you will fit a CR2032 battery (Not Supplied) into the remote as shown in picture 7.

Picture 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue and pack.
