Hi All,
It`s good to be back building and posting, even if it takes a lot longer at the moment.  I will do my best to catch up ASAP, but please bear with me in the meantime.
On with issue 57 where we continue the build up of the right arm mechanism. As this is a duplicate of the left arm mechanism, its an abridged version.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from Issue 56.
Bring the assembly from the end of Issue 56 to the table and remove the upper nylon bearing above the large gear. Then add the three shafts 57-02 and three gears 57-01 as shown in Pic 2. Don`t forget to grease the gears as you go.
Finally replace the large nylon bearing we removed earlier, as shown in Pic 3.

Hi All,
I`ve managed to get some progress on this build inbetween everything else that`s happening at present.
So here we go with Issue 58.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from issue 57.
Press the worm gear 58-02 (smooth end first) onto the spindle of the motor 58-01, using the measurements shown in Pic 2.
Now position the motor into the gearbox from issue 57 as shown in Pic 3. Finally apply some of the supplied grease as shown in Pic 4.

Hi All,
Time for the update for issue 59.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from issue 58.
Place the assembly from issue 58 on your table and add the cover 59-01. Also check the position of the shaft that comes through the hole, as shown in Pic 2. Adjust the position of the main gear if needed.
When you are sure the parts are correctly aligned, secure the two halves of the box together using 6 x P-TP screws as shown in Pic 3.
Now position the arm crank 59-02 as shown in Pic 4 and fix it in place using an F-TP screw as shown in Pic 5.

Hi All,
Here`s the next update with issue 60.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1 and you will also need the assembly from issue 59, along with the main body assembly.
The assembly from issue 59 has to be located onto the part 60-01 as shown in Pics 2 and 3. Hold the parts together and fix them in position using 5 x P-TP screws as indicated in Pic 4.
Now fix the new assembly to the right hand side of the main assembly, fixing them together using 4 x P-TP screws as in Pic 5.
The final result of this issue is shown in Pic 6.

Hi All,
Here we are with the next update of this pack, issue 61.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need ET`s base and leg section.
Position the speaker 61-01, inside the upper speaker box 61-02 as shown in Pic 2.
Now place the speaker bracket 61-04 over the speaker (screw fixing points uppermost) and secure it in place using 4 x P-TPC screws as shown in Pic 3.
Bring ET`s base and leg section to the table and position the lower speaker box 61-03 as shown in Pic 4. Note the position of the gap where the wires will pass through.
Next, place the speaker/upper box assembly onto the lower box as in Pic 5, being careful to make sure the wires pass through the slot. Now fix the box parts to the leg assembly using 4 x P-TPD screws as shown in Pic 6.
That`s all for this issue, Pic 7 shows the final assembly.

Hi All,
Back again for the final issue of this pack #62. The next pack has arrived, so still lots of catching up to do. 
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the main body of ET.
Start by placing the reflector 62-01, onto the chest circuit board 62-02 as shown in Pic 2. Then, hold the parts together and fix them using 4 x P-TPC screws as in Pic 3. Now insert one end of the cable 62-03 into the socket on the board 62-02 as shown in Pic 4.
Now fix the assembly from above onto ET`s body using 4 x P-TPC screws, two shown in Pic 5 and two in Pic 6.
The completed assembly for this stage is shown in Pic 7.
