Hi All, 
A new pack of ET has arrived that covers issues 75 - 80.
Issue 75 covers the fitting of ET`s left arm.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need ET`s body on its stand and his left arm.
Working on ET`s left side, place the tagged end of a cable 75-01 over the post of the left motor cam as in Pic 2. NOTE: the flat side of the tag, goes nearest to ET`s body. Now take one of the large plastic washers 75-03 and a screw F-TP and fix the cable end to the rotor spindle, Pic 3.
Position ET`s left arm onto the shoulder as in Pic 4. Then assemble the screw and washers P-MB, 75-05 and 75-04 in the order shown in Pic 5 and fix the arm in place as in Pic 6.
Prepare the cable stop using a P-MC screw, partially threaded into a stop 75-02, as in Pic 7.
OK, "FIDDLY BIT ALERT". Feed the cable from the rear of the arm operating levers outer hole and then fit the cable stop (prepared earlier). DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREW AT THIS POINT. On top of the arm and shoulder are two moulded lines, line them up and tension the cable, then push the stop back to the lever and tighten the clamp screw. Pic 8. When all is lined up and the screw fastened, feed the cable end back through the inner hole in the arm. Complete cable route shown in Pic 9.
Final assembly for this issue is shown in Pics 10 and 11.

Hi All,
Time for an ET update with issue 76, where we start his right arm construction.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1.
Place the upper arm 76-01 and the upper arm joint 76-02 together and fix them together using 3 x P-TP screws, shown in Pic 2 with the full assembly in Pic 3.
Now clip the cable guides 2 x 76-03 onto the upper arm, Pic 4. Make sure the locating pins go into the drilled holes in the upper arm, as indicated in Pic 5.

Here`s the update for ET issue 77.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the upper arm from the end of issue 76.
Place the elbow shaft 77-04 through the elbow 77-01, as in Pic 2. Then add the forearm joint 77-03, making sure the pin on it sits in the short channel of the elbow. Pic 3. Now add the elbow cover 77-02 as shown in Pic 4. Next, place the elbow shaft washer as shown in Pic 5 and fix the whole assembly together with a washer 77-06 and screw P-TP as in Pic 6.
To complete this update, push the upper arm from issue 76 into the elbow joint and fix the assemblies together using 2 x P-TPB screws, Pic 7.
Pic 8 shows how the upper arm/elbow looks at the end of this stage.

Here we go with the next ET update, issue 78.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the upper arm/elbow assembly from the previous update.
Place the elbow shaft 78-03, into the end of the right forearm 78-01 as shown in Pic 2.
Bring the upper arm/elbow assembly from the previous issue to the table. Then position the forearm and shaft into the elbow as shown in Pic 3.
Keeping the parts together, turn the arm over. Add the right forearm cover 78-02 and then the elbow hex washer 78-04. Now fix all the parts together with a washer 78-05 and P-TP screw, all in Pic 4. Finally fix the upper halves of the forearm together with 2 x P-TPB screws, shown in Pic 5.
Pics 6 and 7 show the final assembly for this update.

This ET update is for Issue 79 and comes in two parts.
PART 1: Getting ET`s right arm/hand assembled.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1. To complete this issue you will also need: ET`s body on stand, right aem from previous update, light up finger from Issue 3 and all the unused parts and fixings from Issues 74 and 75.
We start the assembly of ET`s right hand with parts 79-01 and 79-02, Pic 2, then add the cover 79-03 and fix the parts together using 6 x P-TP screws shown in Pic 3. Now insert the right arm into the hand (just assembled) as in Pic 4.
Retrieve the two fingers 74-03 and 74-02 plus the P-TP screws and fit them to the hand as shown in Pics 5 and 6. Now fix ET`s light up finger from Issue 3 to the hand, using another P-TP screw as in Pic 7. Finally for this section, feed the cable from the light up finger through the hand, Pic 8 and tidy the end of the cable under the clip on the forearm as in Pic 9.
See you soon for the second half, where we will fit ET`s right arm.

Here we go with the Issue 79, Part 2 update - Fitting ET`s right arm.
Start with the cable 75-01 and position the circular tag onto the motor spindle as shown in Pic 10. Retain the cable end as before, with a washer 75-03 and an F-TP screw as indicated in Pic 11.
Now place ET`s right arm onto the shoulder spindle, Pic 12. Assemble the screw P-MB with the washers 75-05 and 75-04, indicated in Pic 13, then fix the arm in position, Pic 14.
Finally for this update, feed the cable from the rear of the shoulder lever, through the outer hole, add the clamp made up from part 75-02 and a P-MC screw. Line up the markers on top of the shouler, tension the cable and tighten the clamp against the lever. (Adjust if required to keep the marks aligned) When happy with the arm position, feed the end of the cable back through the inner hole in the lever. All in Pic 15. The two armed ET is shown in Pics 16 and 17.

Here we are with the last update for this pack of ET, with issue 80.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need ET from the end of issue 79.
Arrange the neck extension 80-01 and the stop 80-02 as shown in Pic 2, taking particular note of the holes indicated. Slide the stop fully into the neck extension and fit the parts together with a P-TP screw, as in Pic 3.
Position ET`s with his back towards you and insert the neck extension, so that the screw you just placed in the neck is also facing you, as can be seen in Pic 4. Now, if you have everything in the correct position, you can fix the neck extension with the F-M screw, Pic 5. NOTE: The instructions tell you not to fully tighten this screw.
That`s all for this update, with ET`s shoulder and neck area shown in Pic 6 and a full view in Pic 7. I`ll be back as soon as the next pack arrives.
