STAGE 82:
Right intercooler.
Pic 1: Fit the right intercooler and base together as shown. The parts will only fit one way. Fix using 2 x EP screws.
Pic 2: Fit the air pipe half 82D to the intercooler. It will only fit one way. Fix with 1 x IP screw.
Pic 3: Press the other half of the air pipe, 82C into place on the air pipe part, 82D.
Pic 4: Peel the backing paper from the maker’s plate 82E and stick it in place in the recess on the top of the intercooler. Make sure it is the right way up as shown.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 83:
Right intercooler.
Pic 1: Retrieve the right intercooler from stage 82 and fit the cold air pipe part 83B to the tab on one side. It will only fit one way. Fix with 2 x DP screws.
Pic 2: Fit the air pipe half 83A to the intercooler. It will only fit one way. Fix with 1 x DP screw.
Pic 3: Press the front panel 83C into place intercooler, 82A.
Pic 4: Retrieve the main car assembly and position the parts as shown, noting where the pipes will locate.
Pic 5: Connect the tube 62C to the small pin on the lower inside corner of the intercooler.
Pic 6: Fit the intercooler in place making sure the air pipes locate with parts 31C and 80C as shown.
Pic 7: Fix the intercooler in place from underneath using 2 x EP screws.

STAGE 84:
Right intercooler duct.
Pic 1: Locate the upper bracket 84E. It has smooth flat faces inside the two side flanges. Screw the bracket to the body as shown using 1 x MM screw. The bracket fits on the body with the screw at the bottom.
Pic 2: Locate the lower bracket 84D. It has grooved faces inside the two side flanges. Screw the bracket to the body as shown using 1 x MM screw. The bracket fits on the body with the screw toward the rear of the car.
Pic 3: Shows the brackets fitted.
Pic 4: Fit the air duct 84A and the ECU 84C together as shown and fix with 2 x DP screws.
Pic 5: Fit the duct in place on the chassis plate as shown and fix from underneath with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 6: Fit the wiring connector 84B into the hole in the top of the ECU with the thin pin angled inwards as shown and then connect the wire 25D to the pin on the connector.
