Hi All, 
I`ve started a new page for the second half of this pack. It was getting so far from the top to the bottom of the first page, I was getting lost. 
Anyway, on with the update for issue 37, which will be in two parts.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the Sabertooth Tiger head from Issue 7 and the left over parts from Issue 36.
Start with some of the parts left over from Issue 36 - 36.9, 36.11, 36.12 and a PM screw 36.13 shown in Pic 2. Assemble these parts as shown in Pics 3 and 4, but only tighten the PM screw enough to attach the M2 nut 36.12. This will be tightened some more, soon.
Bring the Sabertooth`s head to the table and press the ball end of the previous assembly into the back of the head, Pic 5. Now, tighten the PM screw in stages until the head stays in position when you only hold the head connector.
Now press fit the spindle 36.10 into the lower neck piece 36.8, as shown in Pic 6. Then fit the lower neck to the neck connector, fixing it in place with a 36.14 PB screw, as indicated in Pic 7.
That completes the first part of this update and the only parts left from Issue 36 should be the spare ones.

Hi Again, 
I`m back with the second half of Issue 37.
Start by pressing the detail part 37.4 into the Upper neck 37.1, Pic 8. Then position the Upper neck as shown in Pic 9. Hold the two neck halves in place and fix them together (from underneath) with 4 x PB screws, Pic 10. Now add the lower neck cover 37.2, by pressing it into position as shown in Pic 11.
Next, fix the left chest joining piese 37.5 inside the left chest 37.3, using 2 x PB screws as shown in Pic 12. Then place the articulation joint in its position on the chest panel, Pic 13 and fix it from the inside with 4 x PM screws and 4 x 37.8 washers. Indicated in Pic 14.
Pic 15 shows the final assembly for this update.

Hi All,
It`s Megazord update time, so here we are with Issue 38.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will need the assemblies from the end of the previous update, #37.
Start with the right chest 38.1 and fix the right chest joining piece 38.4 in place with 2 x PB screws, Pic 2.
Next press fit the metal spindle 38.7, into the torso connector 38.6 as in Pic 3.
Now fit the head assembly onto the left chest (issue 37) as indicated in Pic 4, then add the torso connector, shown in Pic 5.
Finally place the lower chest cover "2" 38.3 as in Pic 6 and the cover "1" 38.2 as shown in Pic 7.
The final assembly is shown in Pic 8.

Hi All,
Here we are with the update of Issue 39 (two parts). For now, this is the final update of the Sabertooth, as the final two issues of this pack are all about the Pterodactyl Dinozord.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly/unused parts from the previous update and the left leg and part 9.5 (issue 9), plus the right leg and part 11.5 (issue 11).
Start with the right chest part 38.1 and position the articulated joint 39.2 as shown in Pic 2. Now secure the joint from the inside of the chest panel, using 4 x PM screws and 39.3 washers, indicated in Pic 3.
Now add the shoulder assembly to the final assembly from issue 38 and fix the bottom edge with 2 x PB screws, Pic 4. There are a further 2 x PB screws to be added inside the shoulder plates at the top, as shown in Pic 5.
Finally for the first part of this update, press the screw cover 38.5 into position as in Pic 6.

Lets get on with part 2 of this update (issue 39).
Start with the final assembly from part one and position the left front leg (Issue 9) as shown in Pic 7. Fix the leg to the articulated joint with 4 x PM screws and 39.3 washers, shown in close-up in Pic 8. Finish the left leg by press fitting the cover 9.5 into place, Pic 9.
Repeat the previous operations for the right front leg, shown in Pics 10-12.
Pic 13 shows the final assembly for this update. Keep any unused parts safely for use later.

Hi All,
Time for the Issue 40 update of Megazord, where we turn back to Pterodactyl Dinozord that we constructed in the very first stage.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from Issue 1, along with the parts/screws not used in Issue 39.
Start with the assembly from Issue 1 and position the left body cover 39.1 as shown in Pic 2, fixing it in place with 2 x PWM screws from issue 39. Shown in Pic 3.
Repeat with the right body panel 40.2 and 2 x PWM screws 40.5 as indicated in Pics 4 and 5.
Next, add the centre plate 40.1 shown in Pic 6 and fix it in position with 4 x PWM screws 40.5, Pic 7.
Finally add the rear body parts 40.3 and 40.4 as in Pic 8. Remember that these parts are not fixed at this time.
Pic 9 shows the outside of the assembly at this point.
