Issue 75

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

The Left Hand

Start by identifying the parts (75B and 75C). Both should have the number “2” on them as shown in picture 2. Place the two parts together and insert an RP screw and spring as illustrated in picture 3. Picture 4 shows the two parts assembled.

Take the two fingertips (75D and 75E), again they both have the number 2 on the inside of the parts, picture 5, and snap fit the two parts together, picture 6.

Place the part inside the first finger assembly and secure with an RP screw and spring as before, picture 7.

Fit the other finger parts in exactly the same way. Note, these parts have the number “3” on them.

Picture 8 shows the complete assembly of the number three fingers.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 76

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

The Left Hand

As before, identify the ring finger parts (76B and 76C) marked with a “4” and secure then both using an RP screw and a spring, picture 2. Snap fit the corresponding fingertips, marked “4”, picture 3 and secure it to the assembly using an RP screw and spring as before, picture 4.

Now do the same with the finger parts marked “5”, picture 5.

Retrieve the assembled finger from issue 74, along with the hand assembly from the same issue. Place the fingers in order into the palm of the hand as shown in picture 6. Place the back of the hand (75A) onto the parm of the hand securing all the fingers and place 2 x BM screws as shown in picture 7.

Finally place the hand guard onto the top of the hand. The guard has a magnet which holds it in place.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 77

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

The Left Shoulder

Place the outer left shoulder cover (77A), marked with a “1” over the upper left quarter of the shoulder you assembled in issue 69, picture 2. Secure this in place by using 2 x CM screws.

Now the fiddly bit.BigGrin Look at the sprue and take off the screw cap marked 11, picture 3. Take one of the double-sided stickers and place it over the underside of the disk, covering the number, picture 4. Place it into the screw hole as shown in picture 5. Now do the same with the disk marked 12, picture 6.

Secure the other 3 quarter shoulder covers in position using 2 x CM screws for each one. Note: the covers are numbered as illustrated in picture 7.

Repeat the process with the disks as before, noting their positions as I have illustrated in picture 8.

Finally, place the regulator (77E) in place, pushing the tab into the centre hole of the shoulder, picture 9. Note: this will only fit one way.

Picture 10 shows the completed assembly for this issue.

Issue 77

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

The Left Shoulder

First, take the hand assembly from the previous issue and loosen all the four screws as shown in picture 2. Push fit the hand onto the arm ball and snap in place. Tighten up all the four screws, picture 3.

Take one of the caps (78G) and stick one of the double-sided stickers to the back of it, picture 4. Then place the cap on the side of the arm at the elbow, picture 5. Do the same with the other cap and place it on the opposite side of the arm, picture 6.

To make the left shoulder joint, place the friction blocks into the inner support as shown in pictures 7 and 8. Place the ball part of the left shoulder into the support over the friction blocks, picture 9. Fit the cover of the inner support and place it over the assembly securing it with 3 x CM screws.

Tip: I would recommend cutting the screws in the screw holes first with a screwdriver before completing the assembly. Screw the 3 screws in evenly as the assembly is a very tight fit.

Picture 10 shows the completed assembly for this issue.
