STAGE 9A:
Transmission case.
Pic 1: Locate the distribution pump parts 9D and 9E. They will fit together as shown.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Fit the assembly to the pump base 9C and fix using 1 x AP screw.
Pic 4: Fit the assembly to the transmission centre section 9A and fix from the inside with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 5: Locate sprue containing parts 9F and 9G. NOTE: The sprue is incorrectly marked as parts D72 and D73. D72 is part 9F. D73 is part 9G.
Pic 6: Fit part 9F to the pump assembly as shown. It will only fit one way.
Pic 7: Fit part 9G to the pump assembly as shown. It will only fit one way.

STAGE 9B:
Pic 8: Locate the pipe connectors as shown.
Pic 9: Fit two of the 9H connectors to the pump as shown. They should angle downwards.
Pic 10: Fit two of the 9H connectors to the pump as shown. They should angle straight across.
Pic 11: Fit one of the 9I connectors as shown. It should angle downwards.
Pic 12: Fit one of the 9I connectors as shown. It should angle downwards.
Pic 13: Fit the two mounting bracket parts 9J and 9K together as shown and fix using 2 x AM screws.
Pic 14: Fit the bracket assembly to the transmission case as shown and fix with 1 x AM screw. The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 15: Store all of the parts safely for now.

STAGE 10A:
Central transmission.
Pic 1: Retrieve the transmission assembly from the previous stage and fit the central casing 10C as shown and fix from the inside using 4 x AM screws.
Pic 2: Fit the bracket 10B to the circular housing 10A and fix using 2 x AM screws. The bracket has slightly flatter tabs on one side. These tabs fit upwards, not screwed to the casing 10A.
Pic 3: Fit the assembly into the transmission case as shown.
Pic 4: Fix the parts together with 4 x AM screws.
Pic 5: Fit the cover plate 10D to the assembly and fix with 4 x AM screws.

STAGE 10B:
Pic 6: Press-fit the two control arms 10E and 10F together as shown. They will only fit one way.
Pic 7: Press-fit the assembled control arms to the transmission case as shown.
Pic 8: Fit the tube 9B from the previous stage to the transmission case and fix with 1 x KP screw. The part will only fit one way.
Pic 9: Press-fit the pin and cap, parts 10H and 10I to the transmission case as shown.
Pic 10: Fit the plate 10G to the side of the transmission case and fix with 4 x AM screws.
Pic 11: Fit the grey pipe 10J to the connector 9H saved from the previous stage. Fit the connector to the transmission case as shown and then connect the other end of the pipe 10J to the first connector 9H on the pump.
Pic 12: Fit the white pipe 10K to the pin 10H on the transmission case.

STAGE 11A:
Rear transmission.
Pic 1: Locate the transmission parts 11A and 11C.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix from behind with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Locate the drive shaft parts 11D, 11E and 11F. Fit them together as shown and fix 11D and 11F together with1 x RP screw down the centre of the rubber boot. NOTE: The printed instructions incorrectly call the screw PR.
Pic 4: Make two sets of drive shafts. The parts are the same.
Pic 5: Fit one of the drive shafts to the transmission assembly and fix from behind using 1 x AP screw.
Pic 6: Fit the bracket 11I to the rear of the assembly as shown and fix using 3 x AM screws.
Pic 7: Fit the end casing 11H as shown and fix using 2 x AM screws.

STAGE 11B:
Pic 8: Retrieve the main transmission from the previous stages and fit the new assembly as shown and secure with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 9: Fit the other half of the rear transmission parts 11B and 11C together and fix from behind using 2 x AP screws.
Pic 10: Fit the other drive shaft assembly as before and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 11: Fit the assembly to the main transmission as shown and fix using 2 x AM screws.
Pic 12: Fit the rear transmission bracket in place and fix using 3 x AM screws. Make sure the raised locating tabs on the ends are facing outwards.
Pic 13: Fit the grey tube 11K to the end of the connector 11J and fit it to the lower side of the transmission 11A.
Pic 14: Fit the other end of the tube 11K to the second connector on the pump casing as shown.

STAGE 12A:
Engine block and alternator.
Pic 1: Fit bracket 12B to the engine block side 12A and fix using 2 x AM screws.
Pic 2: Fit the oil filter 12D to the panel 12A and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 3: Locate the three alternator parts 12I, 12H and 12E.
Pic 4: OPTIONAL DETAIL. You could colour the areas between the vanes on part 12H black to represent open spaces. This is entirely at the builder’s discretion.
Pic 5: Assemble the alternator parts as shown and fix with 1 x RP screw.

STAGE 12B:
Pic 6: Fit the rear part of the alternator 12J and fix it using 1 x AP screw.
Pic 7: Fit the brackets 12G and 12F to the other engine panel 12C. 12G fixes with 1 x AM screw and 12F pushes into place.
Pic 8: Fit the alternator assembly as shown and fix it to the brackets 12F and 12G using 2 x AP screws.
Pic 9: Retrieve the main transmission and fit the engine panel assembly in place as shown. Secure it with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 10: Press the oil dipstick 12K into the hole in the side of the engine panel as shown.
Pic 11: Store the assembly and parts safely for now.
