Hi All, BigGrin

Buckle up and join the "Toyota Supra Mk4 Official Build".

Issue 1: Parts supplied.....Pic 1.

Start with the front grille 1L and the double sided adhesive strips 1M. Remove the backing from one side of four strips of the tape and press them onto the smooth side of the extension tags on the grille, Pic 2. Now carefully remove the second piece of plastic film from the double sided tapes, Pic 3 and position the grille onto the two mounting points inside the front bumper 1A, fixing it in position with 2 x SM screws. Pic 4. Now gently bend the tags towards the bumper panel, until the double sided tape holds the grille to the bumper, Pic 5. The front view of the bumper panel can be seen in Pic 6.

We now turn to assembling the six front lights supplied. The method is the same for them all, its just the different sizes that matter. I started with the larger High Beam lights. Press a lens 1I into a reflector 1F as shown in Pic 7, repeat for the second one. Make up the Low Beam lights with parts 1G x 2 and 1J x 2 in the same way and then the Fog lights using 2 x 1H and 2 x 1K. The resultant six lights are shown in Pic 8.

Finally, fit one of each light size into the light housings 1D and 1E as shown in Pic 9, Please Note: the lights must be pushed into position in a straight line to the holes they fit in and they click when fully in position.

Pic 10 shows the final assemblies for this issue. TIP: Protect your parts by placing them back into the protective plastic moulds they came in.

Hi All, BigGrin

For those of you eager to see more of this new arrival, I`m back with the second edition of pack 1. Then we have to be patient and wait for the next delivery.Crying

Parts supplied.....Pic 1.

First, I`m not sure why the instructions tell you to put the tyre in "Hot" water. The wheel is like a split rim, so no stretching/twisting of the tyre is required.

Push the chromed part of the wheel 2B into the tyre 2A, making sure that the tyre tread pattern is as indicated. All shown in Pic 2.

Now press the inner wheel part 2D into the tyre as in Pic 3. Then add the wheel spokes 2C as in Pic 4.

Make sure that the five holes in all three parts of the wheel are aligned (adjust if needed) and fix the parts together with 5 x ABM screws, tightening them a bit at a time in the sequence shown in Pic 5.

Keep the wheel/tyre and unused parts, Pic 6, safely until required later in the build.

Regards
