STAGE 3:
Front wheel.
Pic 1: Press the wheel rim 3A firmly into the tyre 3B. Make sure the tyre sits neatly on the edge of the rim on both sides.
Pic 2: Fit the wheel cover parts 3C and 3D together as shown and fix with 2 x A screws. The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 3: Align the three projections on the silver inner cover 3D with the spaces in the rim, 3A. Press the cover firmly into place.
Pic 4: Fit the small outer ring 3E into the centre of the wheel cover 3C. Line up the two pins on the back of the ring with the holes in the wheel cover. Press the part firmly into place.
Store the wheel safely for now.

STAGE 4A:
Front left suspension.
NOTE: The printed instructions incorrectly label all the screws in this stage as ‘A’. There are actually ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ screws provided to be used. Follow the guide below for the correct screws.
Pic 1: Locate the brake parts 4A and 4D. Note the highlighted slot in 4A.
Pic 2: 4D has one end ‘hooked’. Fit this end into the slot in the disc 4A.
Pic 3: Wrap the strip 4D around the disc and fit the other end into the slot, bending the tab over inside the disc to keep it in place.
Pic 4: Press-fit part 4B into place as shown.
Pic 5: Peel the backing paper from the metal disc 4C and stick it in place on top of 4B.

STAGE 4B:
Pic 6: Locate the suspension parts 4H, 4I, 4E and 4F.
Pic 7: Fit the arm 4E through the slot in 4I and attach it to the right slot in the plate 4H. Fix using 1 x ‘A’ screw.
Pic 8: Fit the arm 4F through the slot in 4I and attach it to the left slot in the plate 4H. Fix using 1 x ‘A’ screw.
Pic 9: Fit the plate 4H to the hub 4I as shown and fix using 2 x ‘C’ screws. NOTE – The printed instructions incorrectly call these screws ‘A’.
Pic 10: Assemble parts 4G and 4J as shown.
Pic 11: Fit the assembly to the hub as shown.
Pic 12: From the other side of the hub fix the parts together with 2 x ‘B’ screws. NOTE – The printed instructions incorrectly call these screws ‘A’.
