Issue 21
The Belt
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Place the six button washers onto the six pegs, picture 2. Make sure the flat side is touching the control box. Push fit the six buttons, so they sit over the washers, picture 3.
Take the metal grill and place it on the control panel as shown in picture 4. You will need to peel it from the paper, take care when doing this.
Fit the washer for the red light, picture 5. Turn the assembly over and push in the two green lenses and the red light, picture 6. Tip: Make sure you push the two green lenses all the way in.
Place the printed circuit board inside the control panel and secure it in place using the type “I” screw, picture 7.
Picture 8 show the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 22

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Picture 2 shows the numbers of the parts that are fitted to the helmet. Lay your parts out on a table so you know which part fits in what position. There is also a discrepancy in the magazine when it comes to fitting the left and right mask circuits.
Picture 3 shows the three-silver parts, the left and right mask circuits and the front antenna fitted to the helmet. The magazine has the left and right mask circuits the wrong way round. Please follow the illustration in picture 3 for their correct positions.
Place the right decoration in place as shown in picture 4, followed by the left decoration, picture 5.
Finally, place the metal foil decoration on the helmet as shown in picture 6.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 23

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Retrieve the neck assembly from the previous issues. Attach the lower middle connector and secure it in place using the two washers and screws as you have done in previous issues, picture 2. Make sure you do not over tighten the screws.
Attach the two studs by push fitting them in place, picture 3.
Repeat the process with the right neck connector, pictures 4 and 5.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 24

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Remove the protective film from the neck sponge and carefully place it inside the neck section as shown in picture 2. Insert the rear neck button, picture 3.
Insert the neck swich cable through the switch container making sure the switch fits snug in the container, picture 4. Note: Make sure you fit the switch from the flat side of the switch container.
Place the assembly to the inside of the neck section, securing it using 2 x type “A” screws, picture 5.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 25

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. First, join the two halves of the neck assemblies together using two connector washer and two screws each side as you have done in previous assemblies, pictures 2, 3 and 4.
Place the upper internal rubber neck support on the back of the neck assembly as shown in picture 5. Note: The top support is the thicker of the two rubber supports supplied.
Now place the bottom rubber neck support in place, picture 6.

Fit the washer for the red light and then the red light, picture 5.
Place the printed circuit board inside the control panel and secure it in place using the type “I” screw, picture 6.
Connect the extensions cables 1 and 2 into the circuit board as illustrated in picture 7.
Slide the battery box into the control box and connect the power cable to the right end terminal on the circuit board as shown in picture 8.
Place the battery cover over the battery case and secure with a type “Q” screw, picture 9. Note: The battery case takes 3 x LR44 batteries. If you have some batteries, then place them in the battery box.
