Hi All, BigGrin

A new pack has arrived, covering Issues 81 -86, so here`s the first update for Issue 81.

Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from the end of issue 80.

Start by positioning the solar panel 3F onto the previous assembly from issue 80, as shown in Pic 2. Then place the cover 3D on top, fixing the parts together with 2 x MS4 screws, Pic 3.

You can now position the central spar 3C as in Pic 4, but remember it will not be fixed in position until the next stage of assembly.

Pic 5 shows the assembly at the end of this update.

Hi All, I`m back ThumpUp

First an apology for the delay in this update, but delivery issues out of my control have now been cured, so full service is restored to this great model.

On with Issue 82:

Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the solar panel assembly from Issue 81.

Place the parts 3B and 3G together and fix them with an MS4 screw as shown in Pic 2. Take the assembly just made and feed it into the final assembly from Issue 81, engaging the solar panels onto the spar, Pic 3.

Now position the end covers 3i and 3H, fixing them in place with 4 x MS4 screws, shown in Pic 4. Finally and carefully, tension the solar panels by inserting the MB7 screw into the spindle, indicated in Pic 5.

Pic 6 shows the final assembly for this issue.

Hi All, BigGrin

Its update time with Issue 83 of the ISS.

Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the solar panel from the last update and the solar array made up from the three previos double panels, plus the main model on its stand.

Start by adding the side trim BASE 12 to the main models base as shown in Pic 2.

Now we work on the solar panel from the previous issue and position the part 26Q under the spindle as shown in Pic 3. Then add the upper part 26P above the spindle and fix the two parts together using 3 x MS4 screws, Pic 4.

Working on the large solar array (three double solar panels) from earlier in the build, we add the spacer 26Z. In Pic 5 the circle shows the general area, with Pic 6 giving the close up detail.

Add the fourth double panel over the spacer and fix it in place with 3 x MS4L screws, as in Pic 7.

Pic 8 shows the assembly in full at the end of this update.
