Hi All, 
Looks like the replacement parts for issue 44 are going to be a while longer, so I`ll move onto Issue 45 in this thread.
Parts supplied..... Pic 1.
Press the trim 45.8 into place on the left leg (right side) 45.3 as shown in Pic 2. Then add the left leg (left side) 45.2 as in Pic 3.
Now position the top of the foot 45.4 onto the previous assembly, Pic 4 and fix its position with 2 x PB screws, as shown in Pic 5. Keep the assembly the same way up and fix the internal structure 45.6 with 3 x PB screws, Pic 6.
Next, carefully check the orientation and fit the connector 45.7 with the pin 45.9 as in Pic 7 and the pin fully engaged in Pic 8. Now press fit the bottom of the foot 45.5 into position as shown in Pic 9 and pivot the connector to its internal position, Pic 10.
Finally, add the top cover plate (not fixed at this time) onto the assembly, as indicated in Pic 11. That`s all there is for this update, with the final assembly shown in Pic 12.

Ok, on we go with Issue 46 and the Mastodon`s front right leg/foot.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1.
Assemble the leg parts 46.2 and 46.3, along with the trim 46.8 as shown in Pic 2.Then fix the top of the foot 46.4 to the leg with 2 x PB screws, shown in Pic 3.
Add the internal structure 46.6 and fix it in position with 3 x PB screws, Pic 4.Now position the connecting piece 46.7 and fix it in place with the pin 46.10 as indicated in Pic 5. Next, press fit the bottom of the foot 46.5 and close the connector, Pic 6.
That leaves the top cover plate 46.1 to be placed on top of the leg, Pic 7.
Pic 8 shows the finished leg and part 46.9, which needs to be kept safely for a future update.

Hi All,
Onto Issue 47 of Megazord, where we fit the front legs of Mastadon to their lower body panel.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the front legs from Issues 45/46 and part 46.9 saved from the last update.
Start by fixing the front legs to the front leg base 47.1, using 2 x PB screws for each as shown in Pic 2.
Next, position the head connector 46.9 as indicated in Pic 3.
Now position the leg base cover 47.2, fixing it in place with 6 x PB screws as shown in Pic 4.
To finish, press fit the side trim pieces 47.2 and 47.3, Pics 5 and 6. That`s all for this update.

Hi All,
Here comes the update for Issue 48. More work on the front legs of the Mastadon.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the final assembly from Issue 47.
Start by pressing the spindle 48.8 into position in the articulation disc 48.4, as shown in Pic 2.
Now position the previous assembly on the inside of the Upper left articulation base 48.1, with the Left front leg articulation piese 48.3 position underneath. Fix the parts together with 3 x PB screws, noting that the assembly when screwed together still turns. Pic 3 shows the assembly at this stage.
Next place the connecting piece 48.6 into the corner of the base 48.1 as shown in Pic 4. Now fit the Lower left articulation base 48.2 as in Pic 5 and fix its position with 4 x PB screws, more clearly shown in Pic 6.
Take the resulting assembley and the assembly from Issue 47, position the hinge parts together and fix the hinge with pin 48.7, where Pic 7 shows the pin partially in place for clarity and fully in place in Pic 8.
Finally press the Pin retainer cap 48.5 into position as in Pic 9. The full final assembly of this issue is shown in Pic 10.

Here we are with the update for Issue 49, which is a replication of Issue 48 except its the right hand assembly as opposed to the left.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from the end of Issue 48.
Press the spindle 49.8 into the articulated disc 49.4, as in Pic 2. Now place the resulting assembly inside the right upper base 49.1 and the right front leg articulated piece 49.3 underneath and fix 49.4 to 49.3 with 3 x PM screws. All shown in Pic 3.
Position the connecting piece 49.6 into the corner of the upper base as shown in Pic 4. Now position the lower right base 49.2 into place and fix its position with 4 x PM screws, Pic 5.
Place this assembly onto the Issue 48 final assembly, fixing them together with the hinge pin 49.7, indicated in Pic 6.

Pic 8 shows the final assembly for this update.

Here we are with the Issue 50 update, which is the last one for now on the Mastodon.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the final assembly from the last update.
Take the assembly from the last update and press fit the left side panel 50.1, as shown in Pic 2. Then, staying with the same side add one of the side covers 50.3, Pic 3.
Repeat the above on the right hand side with parts 50.2 and the second 50.3 as in Pic 4.
That`s all for this update with the final assembly shown in Pic 5 and Pic 6.

Hi All,
Here`s the next update for Megazord, where we return to the Triceratops to add the neck.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the Triceratops head.
Start with Triceretops head and place the connecting tube 51.8 onto the spindle at the rear of the head, Pic 2.
Position the heads sindle into place on the left-side neck 51.1, add the head connecting bracket 51.6 fixing it with 2 x PB screws. All shown in Pic 3.
Press the metal spindle 51.7, into the neck articulation piece 51.4 as in Pic 4. Now take the body connecting piece 51.5 and place a silicone washer 51.9 into each side as indicated in Pic 5. Keeping the washers in place, carefully add the previous assembly into position as in Pic 6. Position the neck cover 51.3 and prepare the large PB screw and washer 51.10 as in Pic 7 and fix all the parts together as in Pic 8. Now locate this assembly into the left neck by locating the metal spindle as in Pic 9.
Finally add the neck right side 51.2 and fix the whole neck assembly with 4 x PB screws, Pic 10. The end assembly for this stage is shown in Pic 11.

Well, here we are at the end of another pack with Issue 52. Issue 44 is still pending, but the replacement parts should be here soon and I`ll get straight back to it on arrival.
Issue 52:
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the final assembly from Issue 51.
Start with the final assembly from Issue 51 and add the neck trims 2 x 52.1 as shown in Pic 2. Be careful to press the parts in straigt to avoid damage.
Next slide Tail piece "2" 52.3 (open end first) into Tail piece "1" 52.2 as in Pic 3 and Pic 4.
Next insert the hexagonal end of the spindle 52.10, into the Tail connection piece 52.6 as indicated in Pic 5. Then finally fit the spindle from the previous assembly into the Right side tail piece 52.5 as in Pic 6.
Pic 7 shows the final assemblies for this update, along with the unused parts. Carefully store all these parts safely until required.
