Issue 87
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Assembling the Wheelarch Fix the bracket (87E) to the side of the wheel arch (87A), and secure it using 2 x AP screws, picture 2. Secure the bracket to the end piece (87D) using 2 x AP screws, picture 3. Picture 4 shows the assembly. Push the brake fluid distributor (87C) into the wheel arch as shown in picture 5.
Replacing the Steering Gear Housing. Picture 6 shows the replacement part from this issue. Undo the 4 screws from the old part, picture 7 and then replace it with the new part and secure it using the 4 screws that you removed, picture 8.
Fitting the Brake Fluid Pipes Begin by fitting the pipe (87B) to the left engine block. It will push into place, picture 9. Fitting this part is not an easy task and took me a while. I used two pairs of tweezers, one to hold the pipe and navigate it in position, whilst the other grabbed the end and pushed it in place.
Fitting the Brake Fluid Pipes Fit the rear brake line into the distributor as shown in picture 10. Next, fit the front left brake line to the distributor, picture 11, and finally, the front right brake line, pictures 12 and 13.
Installing the Wheel Arch Secure the wheel arch (87A) to the front chassis using 2 x CM screws. Once secured, push the end of the air filter into the loop at the end of the wheel arch, pictures 14 and 15.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 88 Part 1
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Assembling the Wheelarch Fix the bracket (88C) to the side of the wheel arch (88A), and secure it using 2 x AP screws, picture 2. Secure the bracket to the end piece (88D) using 2 x AP screws, picture 3.
Installing the Wheel Arch Secure the wheel arch (88A) to the front chassis using 2 x CM screws as shown in pictures 4 and 5. Picture 6 shows the wheel arch in place.
Installing the Steering Column and Firewall First, make sure the front wheels are facing straight forwards. Place the steeling column into the dashboard by threading it through the gap, picture 7. Connect the steering shaft to the steering column and connect the two together using 2 x SM screws, pictures 8, 9 and 10.
Finally, fix the upper dashboard to the firewall using 2 x FM screws, pictures 11 and 12.
Picture 13 shows the assembly so far for part 1 of this issue.

Issue 88 Part 2
Completing the Engine Before we start to complete the engine, this next part of the build does require some patience. I used two pairs of tweezers, one in each hand, I did feel a bit like I was performing surgery. I will give a couple of tips along the way. I also cut some of the pipes down to size where necessary. So, let’s get started.
Push the 100mm hose onto the end of the pipe from the previous phase of the assembly, pictures 1 and 2.
Push the 70mm hose onto the pin on the side of the left radiator feed pipe, picture 3.
Push the 40mm hose on the pin of the left radiator feeding pipe, picture 4.
This next part is very tricky. Push the 110mm hose onto the free end of the brake fluid distributor that you attached to the wheel arch in the previous issue. The easiest way to attach this, as I found it was near impossible to attach by feeding the cable down through the engine bay, was to undo the wheel arch and carefully lifting it up to expose the distributor to allow you to attach the cable, picture 5.
Attach the two rear brake lines onto the pins as shown in picture 6.
Take the grey vacuum line and push it into place on the power steering gear, picture 7.
Install the cable from the starter motor to the centre of the distributer, picture 8.
Take the cable from the bell housing under the engine and attach it to the fuse box, picture 9.
Take the cable from the starter, near the bell housing, and attach it to the terminal on the battery, picture 10. Note I have changed the cable to a red colour.
Take the 75mm hose from the firewall radiator and attach it to the pipe (88B). Carefully feed the pipe and cable down by the engine and push fit the end of the pipe, which has a tab that fits into the corresponding hole, in the water pump as shown in pictures 11 and 12. You will need a little perseverance with this.
Finally, push the 95mm hose onto the right radiator feeding hose pipe, pictures 13 and 14.

Removing the Shipping Beams Remove the four screws holding the two shipping beams on the rear body panel (89A), pictures 2 and 3.

Issue 90
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Removing the Shipping Beams Remove the six screws holding the three shipping beams on the middle body panel (90A), picture 2.
Fitting the Frames Together Fix the body frame middle to the rear body frame using 2 x EM screws on both the left and right sides of the frame as shown in pictures 3 and 4.
Turn the assembly over and place an EP screw, again on either side of the frame, pictures 5 and 6.
Tip: When securing the last two screws, turn the assembly over again and tighten up the previous four screws. I found that mine tightened up a little further.
