This is a very old kit from my stash.
Resin and metal - about 120 parts so it's pretty simple.
I think I'm going to do the green Jim Clark car.
I'll be doing this one 'in between' the main forum stuff.

I've now given the body a few coats of old Lotus BRG.
Another few coats to add before a good polish.
The floor panel was very badly warped so it was given a good soak in hot water, dried and a bit of weight in the middle.
Hopefully this will sort it.
I'm going to have to make my own body side panels as they are missing from the kit.

I've given the body a bit of T-cut and a buffing.
Still more to do but it's looking better.
Next was to trim the resin seat in leather.
The resin casting was actually very good but I just feel that at this scale, real leather looks better.

A bit more research on this one has shown the interior floor and engine bulkhead should be grey.
Sorted.
I've also foiled the two side tanks and the pipes, and added white trim to the seat.

I've built the pedal box and fitted it to the floor.
The front frames aren't yet fixed in place as I want to check the front suspension setup first.
The body fits nicely so I'll be moving forwards with the suspension all-round before adding the dashboard/bulkhead and then fitting the body.
It's a very basic kit but it's a fun build.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

Dashboard and seat now fixed in place.
As I'm going to make the side panels removable, there needs to be some of the missing wiring and pipes etc that should be there.
I've added stuff to the back of the dashboard and an accelerator cable.
Still lots more to add.

Suspension and steering now sorted all round.
As mentioned, the fixing points barely exist so the majority of parts have been adapted/altered/added to so the pieces can be built with a good degree of strength.
Assembled with cyano to begin with to hold the parts in place then epoxy added afterwards for proper strength.
Not long until the body is fitted permanently, then the side panels, wheels, detail bits and finally the decals.
