Issue 28
The Helmet
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Fit the inner nose tube end pieces as shown in picture 2. They are marked with “L” and “R” on them.
Take the first of eye frame tubes. These are all individually marked with the tag on the end. Use the tube marked DV-28-07 and place it to the inner right-hand side of the inner mask, pushing both ends into their respective holes as shown in pictures 3 and 4. Take the next two right hand tubes, marked DV-28-03 and 04, and fit them as illustrated in picture 5.
Do the same with the left-hand side as illustrated in picture 6 using the remaining three tubes.

Issue 29
The Helmet
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Note: The magazine has the last two parts on the first build page marked wrongly. Please see picture 2 for the correct numbered parts.
Take the right-hand inner cheek, marked “R” on the inside and place it as shown in picture 3. Do the same with the left-hand cheek, picture 4.
Remove the protective adhesive sheet from the right conductor plate and place it into position, picture 5 and again do the same with the left-hand conductor plate, picture 6.
Note: I found that the adhesive tape did not stick the part into place very well, so I used a little glue.
Attach the two internal conductor plate connectors onto the conductor plate as shown in picture 7.
Finally, attach the two internal conductor plate end pieces by push fitting the two pegs into the eye frame, picture 8.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 31
The Belt
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Remove the protective adhesive film from the metal buckle and stick it to the corresponding indentation on the buckle casing, pictures 2 and 3.
Remove the protective adhesive film from the contact button and attach it to the buckle panel as shown in picture 4.
Turn the assembly over and fit the button sensor with cable to the rear of the contact button. You will need to peel off the protective adhesive first, picture 5.
Note: Step 7 in the magazine is a little confusing as it refers to the circuit board from issue 21, please ignore this as this is incorrect.
Store the four type “F” screws and the belt buckle away safely. These will be used in a future issue.
Picture 6 shows the completed assembly for this stage.

Issue 32
The Lightsaber
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Take the lightsaber tube and insert the LED strip inside as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Note: leave the protective film on the lightsaber for now as this will stop it from getting scratched.
Place the LED strip cap over the end of the LED, picture 4. Attach the LED cap clasp and snap fit it in place as shown in picture 5. Push the end LED cap into the lightsaber tube, picture 6.
Take the front guard of the lightsaber and feed the other end of the LED cable through, picture 7. Push the guard over the lightsaber tube, picture 8. Position the upper support over the guard and secure it in place with a “F” type screw, picture 9. Turn the assembly over and attach the lower support, pulling the cable so it is taut. Secure it in place using two type “F” screws, picture 10.
Finally, attach the hilt buckle by slotting it into the two holes as shown in picture 11.
Picture 12 shows the completed assembly for this issue.
