Issue 39

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue

Assembling the Base, Back Wall and Grass Slopes.

Using the same method as before, apply a little instant glue to the back wall and base and attach them together as shown in picture 2. Note the orientation.

While that is drying, take the larger grass slope and brush it with PVA glue. Sprinkle with your fingers the grass that came with this issue until it covers the area, pictures 3 and 4. I used a small plate when putting the grass on as this made it easier to re-bag the excess. Allow this to dry for around 30 minutes.

Take the larger cup from this issue and place the two spoons and the fork into it. I used a drop of glue to hold them in place, but you could use double sided tape, picture 5.

Retrieve the “Eating Together” scene and place the two smaller cups on the table as shown in picture 6. Again, I used a drop of glue. Place the larger cup on the stool as shown in picture 7. Picture 8 shows the scene.

Return to the grass slope and using a pair of tweezers, open up the holes where the grass has got into, picture 9.

Glue the smaller part of the grass slope to the back wall, followed by the larger grass slope you applied grass to, as shown in picture 10. Picture 11 shows the result.

Place the Snoopy figure onto the grass by applying a little instant glue to the two pins and slots as shown in picture 12.

That completes the assembly for this issue.
