STAGE 15A:
Left exhaust.
Pic 1: Locate the exhaust parts 15A and 15B.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Locate the exhaust parts 15C and 15D. Press-fit them together. They will only fit one way.
Pic 4: Fix these parts to the assembly in pic 2 using 2 x AP screws.
Pic 5: Fit the manifold assembly to the left bank exhaust 15E.
Pic 6: Fit the upper part of the exhaust 15F as shown and fix from the other side with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 7: Press-fit the end section 15G in place. It will only fit one way.

STAGE 15B:
Pic 8: Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the rubber hose 14L to the pin on the side of the engine block.
Pic 9: Temporarily disconnect the two central plug wires on the left side of the engine.
Pic 10: Fit the exhaust assembly in place as shown and fix using 2 x CM screws.
Pic 11: Reconnect the two central plug wires.
Store the engine safely for now.

STAGE 16A:
Right exhaust.
Pic 1: Locate the exhaust parts 16A and 16C.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Locate the exhaust parts 15B and 15D. Press-fit them together. They will only fit one way.
Pic 4: Fix these parts to the assembly in pic 2 using 2 x AP screws.
Pic 5: Fit the manifold assembly to the left bank exhaust 16E.
Pic 6: Fit the upper part of the exhaust 16F as shown and fix from the other side with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 7: Press-fit the end section 16G in place. It will only fit one way.

STAGE 16B:
Pic 8: Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the rubber hose 16H to the pin on the side of the engine block and the water pump as shown.
Pic 9: Connect the grey hose 16I to the fuel pump and fuel supply as shown.
Pic 10: Temporarily disconnect the two central plug wires on the right side of the engine.
Pic 11: Fit the exhaust assembly in place as shown and fix using 2 x CM screws. Reconnect the two central plug wires.
Store the engine safely for now.

STAGE 17:
Front left subframe.
Pic 1: Locate the subframe parts 17A and 17B.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix using 2 x CM screws.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 18:
Oil filter.
Pic 1: Retrieve the front frame from the previous stage and fit the radiator bracket 18A as shown. Fix with 1 x CM screw.
Pic 2: Detail of fixing.
Pic 3: Locate the oil filter parts 18B and 18C.
Pic 4: Fit the parts together and fix with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 5: Press the oil hose connector 18E into place.
Pic 6: Fit the oil filter to the frame as shown and fix from behind with 1 x EP screw.
Pic 7: Fit the angled end of the oil hose 18D to the top of the filter.

STAGE 19:
Lower left subframe.
Pic 1: Fit the bracket 19B to the frame 19A and fix using 1 x AM screw from behind.
Pic 2: Fit the bracket 19C as shown and fix using 1 x AM screw.
Pic 3: Fit the reservoir cap 19D to the reservoir 19E as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the assembled reservoir to the frame and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 5: Shows the screw fixing.
Pic 6: Fit the tubes 19F and 19G to the reservoir. Tube 19G is the thicker tube and it fits to the lower pin on the reservoir.
Store the assembly safely.

STAGE 20A:
Front left suspension.
Pic 1: Locate the suspension parts 20A and 20E.
Pic 2: Fit the spring into the lower arm as shown.
Pic 3:Fit the top spring seat 20F into the housing on the frame 19A and fix from the other side with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 4: Fit 2 x ACM screws into the support brackets 19B and 19C as shown.
Pic 5: Fit the spring into the support seat and the ends of the lower arm into the brackets as shown and tighten the screws.

STAGE 20B:
Pic 7: Locate the shock absorber parts 20G, 20K, 20J and 20H.
Pic 8: Fit the parts together in order and fix with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 9: Fit the assembly to the frame 17B and fix with 1 x DM screw.
Pic 10: Fit the anti-roll bar arm and link, parts 20B and 20C together and fix with 1 x ADM screw.
Pic 11: Fit the end of the link 20B to the lower arm 20A and fix with 1 x ADM screw.
Pic 12: Fit the shock absorber arm 20I into the end of the shock absorber body 20G and fix it to the lower arm 20A with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 13: Hook the end of the suspension tether 20D into the loop on the side of the lower arm 20A as shown.

STAGE 20C:
Pic 14: Retrieve the hub assembly 4I and fit it into the lower arm as shown. NOTE – The wheel is not fitted here for clarity.
Pic 15: With the hub 4I in place, the caliper should be on the left. Fix the bottom of the hub to the lower arm 20A with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 16: While compressing the suspension, ‘fold’ the upper link on the hub over the spring housing 19A as shown. Secure through the upper link with 1 x AM screw. NOTE – This is fairly awkward as at times you feel you need three hands!
Pic 17: This shows the upper link in place.
Pic 18: Fit the suspension tether 20D to the upper arm 4I as shown and fix with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 19: Shows the completed stage with the wheel removed.
