Issue 83
The Right Shoulder Fix double sided tape to the four screw caps. Note the screw caps are numbered 1 -4. Place the caps over the screw holes in the right shoulder cover, picture 1.
Take the outer shoulder (83A) and place the spring (83E) inside. Place the joint gear (83D) over the top, pictures 2, 3 and 4. Feed the shaft (83F) through the hole as shown in picture 5.
Connect the joint gear (83C) with the shoulder assembly from the last issue and secure it with a CM screw, pictures 6 and 7.
Now attach the two assemblies so that the notches match, picture 8. Place the outer support 83B over the outer support 83A and secure it in place using a DP screw. Place 2 x CP screws into the other two holes as illustrated in picture 9.
Retrieve the right arm assembly and attach the new assembly to the inside top of the arm using 3 x EM screws as shown in pictures 10 and 11.
Picture 12 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 84
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
The Right Shoulder Insert the shoulder joint sleeve (84B) into the inside face of the right shoulder cover (84A), picture 2.
Retrieve the assembly from issue 83 and connect the right shoulder inner cover to the outer cover securing it in place with 4 x CM screws, picture 3. Cover the screw holes with the four covers (84C, D, E and F), picture 4.
Push the shoulder connector (84G) into the holes taking care to match the size of the pins to the holes, picture 5.
Take one of the caps (84I and 84H) and stick one of the double-sided stickers to the back of it, picture 6. Then place the cap on the side of the arm at the elbow, picture 7. Do the same with the other cap and place it on the opposite side of the arm, picture 8.
Retrieve the right arm from issue 82 and insert the right shoulder joint sleeve (84B) into the joint cover, picture 9.
Connect the rear shoulder support assembly to the shoulder joint by passing the side pin on 81A through the slot as shown in picture 10. Secure it using a TP screw. Picture 11 shows it complete.
Finally, take the assembly from issue 65 and secure it to this assembly using 4 x EP screws, picture 12.

Issue 85
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
The Shoulder Bracket Retrieve the assembly from the previous issue and connect the front shoulder bracket (85A) to the rear shoulder bracket using 4 x EP screws, pictures 2 and 3.
Take the connector wire (85B) marked with “A” and place it into the circuit board connector, also marked with an “A”. Do the same with the wire (85C) marked with “B”, placing it in the final connector on the circuit board. Picture 4 shows the two cables connected.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 86
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
The Neck Assembly Place the friction block (86D) into the neck joint support “B” (86C), followed by the smaller friction block (86E), picture 2.
Connect the upper neck support “A” (86A) to the upper neck support “B” and secure it using 3 x BP screws, picture 3.
Attach the assembly to the inside of the neck piece (86F) using 2 x BP screws as shown in picture 4.
Finally, retrieve the assembly from issue 85 and secure the neck assembly as shown in picture 5. Secure it in place with a BP screw.
Picture 6 shows the completed assembly for this issue.
