STAGE 6:

Front left brake.

Pic 1: Retrieve the front left hub assembly and locate the inner brake disc cover 6B.
The two pins on the rear will fit in the holes in the hub 4I.

Pic 2: Shows the parts fitted together.

Pic 3: Locate the front disc cover 6A. This will fit to part 6B just fitted.

Pic 4: This shows the parts fitted together.

Pic 5: Locate the caliper 6C. This will fit to the hub 4I.

Pic 6: This shows the completed assembly.

Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 7:

Survival cell.

Pic 1: Locate the two parts of the survival cell 7A and 7B.
7A will fit inside 7B.

Pic 2: This shows the parts fitted together.

Pic 3: Retrieve the hub and suspension arm assembly from the previous stages.
This will fit to the side of the survival cell as indicated.

Pic 4: Fit suspension arm 5B through the slot in the lower front of the survival cell and fix with 1 x ‘A’ screw.

Pic 5: Fit the lower arm 4E through the opening near the lower rear of the survival cell. Fix with 1 x ‘C’ screw.

Pic 6: Fit the upper arm 5A through the two openings in the upper rear of the survival cell and fix using 2 x ‘E’ screws.

Pic 7: Shows the completed assembly.

Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 8:

Headrest.

Pic 1: Locate the headrest and centre pad 8A and 8B.
The pad will fit in the two holes on the inner rear of the headrest.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Shows the completed stage.

Store the parts safely for now.
