Issue 9

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Begin the assembly by inserting the two mountain lugs on the starter motor (9B) into the corresponding holes in the base of the engine block (9A), picture 2.

Retrieve the transmission assembly and slide the connector plate to the bell housing down the groove on the bottom of the engine block, picture 3.

Take the engine assembly and place that on the top of the engine block, picture 4, securing it in place using 2 x type “c” screws, picture 5.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 10

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Fit the oil filter mount (10B) to the oil pan (10A), picture 2 and secure it in place using a type “D” screw, picture 3. Push fit the oil filter (10C) onto the mount, picture 4.

Place the oil pan on the bottom of the engine block and secure it in place using 6 x type “H” screws as shown in picture 5.

Finally, place the valve cover breather (10D) into the hole in the left valve cover, picture 6.

Picture 7 shows the completed assembly for this issue.

Issue 11

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Snap the two air conditioning parts together, (11B & 11D), pictures 2 and 3. Match up the notches on the air conditioning compressor bracket (11B) and fit it on the end of the air conditioning compressor assembly, picture 4.

Press fit the pully (11C) into the end of the assembly, picture 5.

Take the assembly and align it with the hole on the engine front (11A), pictures 6 and 7.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 12

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Begin by placing the left seat cushion (12E) onto the left seat base (12B), pictures 2 and 3.

Fit the six pins on the front seat backrest (12A) into the holes on the inside the front seat back cushion (12D), picture 4.

Prest the seat lever (12C) into the side hole on the front seat back cushion, picture 5.

Join the front seat base and backrest by fitting the two mounting posts at the back of the backrest into the two holes in the seat base, securing the two parts using 2 x type “I” screws, picture 6.

Picture 7 shows the completed assembly for this issue.
