STAGE 9:
Right engine block.
Pic 1: Fit the 3 x ignition coils 9D into the cylinder head 9B as shown.
They will only fit one way.
Fix from behind with 3 x F screws.
Pic 2: Fit the cylinder head part 9E to 9B as shown and fix at one end from behind with a G screw.
Pic 3: Press-fit the cylinder head shield 9B in place as shown.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 4: Locate the engine block 9A. The cylinder head assembly will fit on top.
Pic 5: Fit the parts together and secure from underneath with 3 x H screws.
Pic 6: Shows the completed stage.
Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 10:
Left engine block.
Pic 1: Fit the coils 10C to the cylinder head 10B and fix from behind with 3 x ‘F’ screws.
Pic 2: Fit the cylinder head part 10E as shown and fix from underneath with 1 x ‘G’ screw.
Pic 3: Press-fit part 10D in place as shown.
Pic 4: Locate the engine block part 10A. The cylinder head will fit on top.
Pic 5: Fit the two parts together as shown and fix from underneath with 3 x ‘H’ screws.
Pic 6: Shows the 3 x ‘H’ screws.
Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 11:
Central engine block.
Pic 1: Locate the central block 11A and retrieve the two cylinder heads 9A and 10A.
Pic 2: Fit the heads in place as shown and fix using 4 x ‘I’ screws.
Pic 3: Press-fit 3 x spark plug covers 11B in place as shown.
Pic 4: On the other side, press-fit 3 x spark plug covers 11B in place as shown.
Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 12:
Lower engine block.
Pic 1: Locate the turbo shaft parts 12B and 12F.
Pic 2: Press-fit the parts together as shown.
Pic 3: Fit the assembly to the top of the central block 11A as shown.
Pic 4: Fix from underneath with 1 x ‘H’ screw.
Pic 5: Press-fit the turbo parts 12C and 12E together.
Pic 6: Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 13:
Intake manifold.
Pic 1A: This shows the rear of part 13A. The location numbers of each intake pipe is marked.
Each intake pipe also has the matching numbers on the ends that fit in these locations.
Pic 1: Locate the intake housing 13A and the intake pipe 13C numbered ‘1’ at one end.
Using the guide in pic 1A, fit the numbered end of the pipe into locating hole 1.
Fix from the other side with 1 x J screw.
Do not fully tighten the screw.
Pic 2. Fix pipe 13C, numbered ‘6’ in the same way, in the hole marked ‘6’.
Fix from the other side with 1 x J screw.
Do not fully tighten the screw.
Pic 3: Fit pipes 13G (4) and 13F (5) to the relevant holes in the intake housing.
Pic 4: Fit the pipes 13D (3) and 13E (2) to the remaining two numbered holes at the bottom of the housing.
Pic 5: Move all 6 pipes into two neat rows that will fit into the locating holes on the top of the engine block 11A.
Fit the assembly in the direction shown.
Pic 6: Shows the assembly from the other direction.
Pic 7: Fix the parts together from underneath using 2 x ‘J’ screws.

STAGE 14:
Airbox.
Pic 1: Fit the airbox 14A onto the housing 13A as shown and fix using 2 x ‘H’ screws through the openings in the end of the airbox.
Pic 2: Press-fit the two airbox covers 14B and 14C in place. Make sure you fit them to the correct sides.
Store the assembly safely for now.
