Issue 27
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue
Take the deck panel (27A) and fit clear and dark window pieces as shown in the picture 2. Carefully fit the assembly to the saucer assembly and loosely secure it in place using a BM screw as shown in picture 3. Whilst the deck panel is fitted loosely add the cable with the two LEDs into the reflector panel as shown in picture 4, noting which cable slots into which housing. Feed the cables as also illustrated in picture 4. Tighten the BM screw.
Now fit 5 x BN screws as circled in picture 5, followed by 4 x EM screws as shown in picture 6. Test the lighting using the battery connector.
Retrieve the battle section neck and place the floor (27C) and secure it in place using 5 x BM screws, picture 7.
Finally, make sure the LED bulbs are placed into the holder in the battle section rear neck, pictures 8 and 9.
Picture 10 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 29
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue
Take the deck panel (29A) and fit clear and dark window pieces. Next, fit the reflector panel (29B) fitting the LED bulb into the reflector side, then secure it using 3 x DM screws, picture 2. Test the lighting using the battery connector as you’ve done before, picture 3.
Retrieve the vertical deck panel from the previous issue and slot the vertical neck reflector panel in place (29F). Insert the LED lights (29H) and secure the assembly by using 2 x AP screws as shown in picture 4. Cover the yellow and green cable with a sticker (29K) and bend the black and red cable as shown in picture 5.
Retrieve the battle section neck and fit the two LED cables (29I) to the circuit board as shown in picture 6. Thread the cables through the frame as shown in picture 7.
Take the vertical deck assembly you did a moment ago and connect the LED cable to the circuit board as shown in pictures 8 and 9.
Take the docking alignment light (29G), noting it’s one sloped end. Slot the end of the light in the rear left corner of the battle section assembly, picture 10.
Secure the vertical deck assembly to the battle section, securing it in place using 5 x BM screws, picture 11.
Finally, test the lights using the battery connector, picture 12.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
