STAGE 33A:

Front right and centre bulkheads.

Pic 1: Locate the air hose parts 33E and 33F.

Pic 2: Fit the parts together and fix with 3 x AAP screws.

Pic 3: Locate the right bulkhead 33B and the two hose fittings 33C and 33D.

Pic 4: Press the two fittings in place as shown.

Pic 5: Retrieve the front frame assembly and the centre bulkhead 33A.
It will fit into the frame where indicated.

STAGE 33B:

Pic 6: Slide the panel 33A into place from the left side, locating the pins on the right end in the holes in the side bulkhead.

Pic 7: Fit the side bulkhead 33B as shown.
It will be easier to fit the panel over the steering arm circled if the panel goes on at a 90 degree (vertical) angle and then is rotated down to fit.

Pic 8: Fit the pins on the end of the centre bulkhead 33A into the holes on the side panel 33B and fix the panel using 1 x AM screw into the frame as shown.

Pic 9: Fix the other end of the panel into the lower frame with another AM screw.

Pic 10: Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 34A:

Front left suspension.

Pic 1: Fit the suspension arm parts 34E, 34F and 34G together as shown.
Fix the left end using 1 x ADM screw.
Fix the other end the shock absorber part 34G in place, with 1 x ARM screw.

Pic 2: Shows the assembly from the other side.

Pic 3: Retrieve the main front frame and fit the coil spring 34H in place on the left side as shown.

Pic 4: Fit the suspension arm assembly built in steps 1 and 2 to the left side of the main frame as shown.
The shock absorber ‘leg’ will fit down inside the orange shock absorber body, inside the coil spring.
Compress the spring to fit the top of the frame 34E in place and fix with 3 x BM screws.

Pic 5: Turn the assembly upside down and secure the two legs of the suspension frame to the main frame using 2 x BM screws.

Pic 6: Press-fit the two parts of the hub 34A and 34B together as shown.

Pic 7: Retrieve the end fitting 31F saved from stage 31 and fit it to the end of the hub, securing it with 1 x BM screw.

STAGE 34B:

Pic 8: Fit the bracket 34D to the other end of the hub as shown and fix with 1 x UM screw.

Pic 9: Press-fit the brake caliper parts 34K and 34L together as shown.

Pic 10: Press-fit the assembly to the side of the caliper 34I as shown.

Pic 11: Press-fit caliper part 34J to the other side of the assembly.

Pic 12: Locate the brake back plate 34C and fix the caliper assembly using 2 x AP screws.

Pic 13: Press-fit the brake pipe 34M into the two holes in the end of the caliper.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 14: Fit the hub assembly to the left side of the main frame as shown and fix using 2 x UM screws at the top and 1 x UM screw up from underneath at the bottom.

Pic 15: Press-fit the caliper assembly onto the hub using the locating holes and pins as indicated.

Store the assembly safely.
