STAGE 27:
Front left brake cooling.
Pic 1: Locate the air box parts 27A and 27B.
Pic 2: Fit them together and fix with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 3: Fit the rubber hose 27E onto the pin on the end of the cooling duct 27D as shown and fix with 1 x EP screw.
Pic 4: Fit the cooling duct 27F to the lower pin on the air box as shown. NOTE – The duct 27F has a larger hole in one end. This is the hole that fits to the air box.
Pic 5: Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 28:
Front left brake cooling.
Pic 1: Retrieve the cooling duct 27D from the previous stage and fit the orange hose 28B as shown. Fix with 1 x EP screw.
Pic 2: Press-fit the duct parts 27C from the previous stage and 27D together . Pic 3: Retrieve the air box assembly 27B and press-fit the duct assembly in place as shown.
Pic 4: Press-fit the duct pipe 28A in place on the air box noting it is the large hole end that fits here.
Pic 5: Retrieve the main front frame and fit the left cooling duct 28C in place as shown. Fix with 1 x AM screw.
Pic 6: Fit the cooling duct assembly to the duct 28C. The three orange hoses all press-fit into place.
Pic 7: Fit the right cooling duct 28F on the other side of the frame and fix with 1 x AM screw.
Pic 8: Store the assembly and unused parts for now.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 29:
Front right brake cooling.
Pic 1: Locate the air box parts 29A and 29B.
Pic 2: Fit them together and fix with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 3: Fit the air duct parts 29D and 29E together as shown and fix with 1 x EP screw.
Pic 4: Fit the air duct part 29E and fix with 1 x EP screw.
Pic 5: Press-fit part 29C into place on part 29E.
Pic 6: Press the orange hose 29F onto the lower pin on the air box 29B using the larger hole in the end of the hose.
Pic 7: Fit the hose 28D saved from the previous stage in the same way.
Pic 8: Fit the air duct assembled in steps 2, 3 and 4 to the air box as shown.
Pic 9: Fit the assembly to the right side of the frame in the same way as the parts in stage 28.

STAGE 30:
Front bumper subframe.
Pic 1: Retrieve the front frame and locate the subframe 30A.
Pic 2: Turn the main frame upside down and fit the subframe 30A as shown, fixing it with 4 x EP screws.
Pic 3: Turn the main frame the right way up and fix the rear of the subframe in place using 2 x JM screws as shown.
Store the assembly safely.

STAGE 31:
Radiator.
Pic 1: Locate the radiator parts 31A and 31B.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 4 x QP screws.
Pic 3: Press-fit the hoses and fittings 31C and 31D as shown.
Pic 4: Retrieve the main front frame and place it upside down. Fit the radiator in place as shown paying attention to where the hoses and fittings pass through the frame.
Pic 5: Turn the assembly the right way up and secure the radiator with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 6: Attach the free end of the hose 31D to the fitting on the filter housing as shown.
Pic 7: Store the assembly and parts safely for now.roymattblack attached the following image(s):
