STAGE 6:

Engine block 2.

Pic 1: Fit the support mount 6C to the engine block 6A as shown.

Pic 2: Fit the engine support 6B to the side of the block 6A.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from the other side with 1 x CM screw.

Pic 3: Press-fit the oil cap 6E into the crank case pan 6D.

Pic 4: Fit the crank case pan to the crank case part 6F as shown.

Pic 5: Fix the parts together from the other side with 4 x AP screws.

Pic 6: Fix the mounting bracket 6G to the crank case using 2 x AM screws

Pic 7: Fit the engine block 6A to the crankcase and fix through the bracket with 2 x AM screws.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 7:

Engine block 3.

Pic 1: Fit the support mount 7E to the engine block 7A as shown.

Pic 2: Fit the engine support 7D to the side of the block 7A.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from the other side with 1 x CM screw.

Pic 3: Locate the two parts of the starter motor 7F and 7G.
They will fit together as indicated.

Pic 4: Press-fit the two parts together.

Pic 5: Fit the assembly to the engine block as shown and fix with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 6: Store all parts safely.

STAGE 8A:

Engine block 4.

Pic 1: Fit the air intake parts 8A and 8C together and fix through the end of the filter 8A with 1 x BP screw.

Pic 2: Press-fit the end cap 8B in place.

Pic 3: Locate the turbo parts 8D, 8E and 8J.

Pic 4: Fit the parts together as shown.
They will only fit one way.

Pic 5: Locate the turbo parts 8G and 8H.

Pic 6: Fit the parts together as shown.
They will only fit one way.

STAGE 8B:

Pic 7: Fit both assemblies together as shown.
The parts will only fit one way.
Fix using 1 x AP screw.

Pic 8: Fit the assembly to the manifold 8K and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 9: Press-fit the turbo end 8I in place.

Pic 10: Retrieve the cylinder head 7B from the previous stage and fit the turbo assembly in place.
Fix from inside with 2 x AP screws.

Pic 11: Press-fit the intake pipe 7C in place as shown.

Pic 12: Press-fit the turbo intake pipe 8C in place in 8D as shown.

Pic 13: Press-fit the two connectors 8O into the oil filter bracket 8N.

STAGE 8C:

Pic 14: Fit the oil filter and end plate 8L and 8M.

Pic 15: Fit the two oil pipes 8P and 8Q, making sure they are each connected to the correct pin.

Pic 16: Retrieve the engine part 7A from the previous stage and fit the oil filter assembly as shown.
Fix from the inside with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 17: Press-fit the turbo cover mountings 2 x 8R into the turbo cover 8F.

Pic 18: Store all parts safely.
