Issue 105
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Securing the Cables Begin by carefully turning the body panel assembly over and remove all the 12 CM screws and separate the two body panels. Note you are given replacement CM screws to reassemble these parts later in the assembly stage, pictures 2 and 3.
Place the left (105B) and right (105D) lenses onto the rear of the body frame securing them in place using 2 x BM screws for each lens, pictures 4 and 5.
Unplug the two rear turn signals marked “E” and “F” and the rear lights marked “I”, picture 6.
Fix both the cable clips (105E) and feed the cables as shown in picture 7.
Assemble the two body panels together again using the new CM screws provided.
Push the four LED bulbs into the back of the two light housings. Use the black tape provided to stick down the cables as shown in picture 8.
Note: I found that the rear red light LED cables was quite taught when it was in the cable clip, so I re-threaded it, bypassing the clip also shown in picture 8 by the red two arrows.
Picture 9 shows the assembly for this issue complete.
