STAGE 15:
Fuel pump.
Pic 1: Retrieve the lower engine part 12D and fit the front cap 15G as shown.
Fix from the inside with 1 x ‘J’ screw.
Pic 2: Fit the front panel 15F to the assembly and fix with 2 x ‘I’ screws.
Pic 3: Retrieve the main engine assembly and fit the lower block/front panel as shown and fix from underneath with 2 x ‘I’ screws.
Pic 4: Press-fit the two pipes 15B and 15C into the fuel pump 15A as shown.
Make sure you fit them in the correct locations.
Pic 5: Assemble the two fuel pipe parts 15D and 15E as shown.
They will only fit one way.
Pic 6: Press-fit the parts into the fuel pump
.
Pic 7: Press-fit the assembly into the lower side of the engine as shown.
Store the engine safely for now.

STAGE 16:
MGU-K motor (Motor Generator Unit Kinetic).
Pic 1: Locate the motor parts 16B and 16E.
Pic 2: Press-fit the parts together as shown.
Pic 3: Press-fit the assembly into the lower side of the engine.
Pic 4: Press-fit the bracket 15F into place as shown.
Pic 5: Fit the turbo housing 16A to the engine and fix with 1 x ‘H’ screw.
Pic 6: Fit the hose 16D to the two pins on the lower side of the engine.
Pic 7: Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 17:
Left exhaust manifold.
Pic 1: Fit the pipe 17E to the pin on the end of the exhaust sensor 17B.
Locate the manifold 17A.
Pic 2: Fit the sensor to the manifold as shown.
Pic 3: Retrieve the turbo housing 12A saved from stage 12 and press-fit the connection 17C in place.
Pic 4: Retrieve the engine and press-fit the exhaust manifold assembly in place as shown.
The three pins on the manifold will fit in the three holes on the engine and the pin on the right end of the manifold will fit in the lower hole on the turbo unit.
Pic 5: Press-fit the 5 x 17D pipes onto the 5 x pins on the top of the engine as shown.
Pic 6: Fit the other ends of the pipes 17D to the 5 x pins on the top of the exhaust sensor as shown.

STAGE 18A:
Right exhaust manifold.
Pic 1: Retrieve the turbo 12A from stage 12 and the intake housing 18E.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 1 x ‘A’ screw.
Pic 3: Retrieve the engine and fit the assembly, fixing it with 1 x ‘A’ screw.
Pic 4: Retrieve the turbo wheel 12C saved from stage 12 and fit the hose 18G to the pin as shown.
It will be far easier to fit this hose now, rather than when the printed instructions suggest.
Pic 5: Press-fit the turbo wheel in place.
Pic 6: Press-fit the two turbo parts 18A and 18B into place as shown.

STAGE 18B:
Pic 7: Retrieve the pipes 16C saved from stage 16 and fit the connector 18F in place.
Pic 8: Fit the hoses to the engine as shown with the short hose attaching to the turbo wheel and the long hose attaching to the pin at the far end of the engine base.
Pic 9: Press-fit the two exhaust manifold parts 18C and 18D together.
They will only fit one way.
Pic 10: Press fit the manifold to the side of the engine in the same way as the previous manifold connections.
Pic 11: Connect the end of the hose 18G to the front of the engine as shown.
Pic 12: Connect the end of the hose 17E to the upper turbo connection.
Store the engine safely for now.
