STAGE 64:
Legs 1 Sabretooth Tiger.
Pic 1: Locate the foot parts 64.3, 64.4 and 64.5.
Pic 2: Fit 64.4 inside 64.3 as shown.
Pic 3: Fit the top part 64.5 in place and fix with 1 x PWB screw.
Pic 4: Locate the leg part 64.1 and the spindle 64.7.
The thicker end of the spindle will fit in the hole indicated.
Pic 5: Shows the parts assembled.
Pic 6: Retrieve the foot assembly and fit 1 x rubber washer 64.7 on each side of the location indicated.
Pic 7: Fit the foot assembly into the leg 64.1 in the direction shown.
Pic 8: From the other side, fix the parts with 1 x PWB screw.
Pic 9: Turn the assembly over and fit the other leg part 64.2 and fix with 1 x PB screw and 1 x PWB screw as shown.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 65:
Legs 2 Sabretooth Tiger.
Pic 1: Locate the leg assembly from the previous stage and fit the two outer wheel parts 65.4 as shown.
The two hub pieces 65.5 have long shafts.
These will push fit into the wheel centres.
Pic 2: Shows the wheels and hubs fitted.
Pic 3: Turn the assembly over and fit the other two wheel parts 65.4 and fix through the middle of each with 1 x PB screw.
Pic 4: Press-fit the two thinner hubs 65.5 in place.
Pic 5: Press-fit the thicker end of the spindle 65.6 into the hole in the end of the leg 65.3 as shown.
Pic 6: Store all parts safely for now.

The metal spindle 65.6 will fit in the slot in 65.1.
Pic 2: Fit the hind leg assembly to 65.1 as shown.
The metal spindle 64.7will fit in the hole in 65.1.
Pic 3: Fit the outer panel 65.2 and fix with 1 x PB screw.
Pic 4: Locate the yellow body panel 66.1 to fit the leg assembly.
Pic 5: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 1 x PM screw in the top left of the assembly.

Pic 1: Retrieve the Dinozord assembly to fit the middle body 67.1.
The tabs and slots indicated in 63.7 will clip together.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together and fix with 2 x PB screws.
Pic 3: Press-fit the cover plates 67.6 in place as shown.
Pic 4: On the other side press-fit the cover plate 67.6 in place as shown.
Pic 5: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fit it to the Dinozord as shown.
Fix the parts together with 3 x PB screws.
Pic 6: Press-fix the cover plates 67.2 and 67.4 in place.
Pic 7: Press fit the detail plate 67.3 in place.
Pic 8: Press fit the detail plate 67.5 in place.

Pic 3: Retrieve the leg assembly and press-fit the spindle 70.3 into the leg bracket 49.3 as shown.
The thicker end of the spindle fits in the hole in the bracket.

Pic 2: A different view of the assembly.
Pic 3: Retrieve the assembly from stage 68 and fit the folding back panel 71.7 in place by inserting the hinge pin into the hole in the upper edge of side panel 68.1.
Pic 4: Fit the connector 70.2 from stage 70 into the slot on the side of 68.2.
Pic 5: Fit the assembly to the main front legs section so that parts 68.2 and 69.2 go together, with the other end of the back hinge pin on 71.1 locates correctly in the side panel.
Pic 6: Shows the assembly from a different view.
Pic 7: Fix the parts together with 2 x PB screws through part 69.1.

Pic 4: Locate the cover panel 72.3.
The previous assembly will fit into this part.

STAGE 72B:
Pic 6: Retrieve the leg assembly.
First, open the folding back panels upwards.
Next, Tilt the back section upwards as shown.
Then rotate the rear part of the silver assembly 70.1 into an upright position.
Do these steps one at a time. It is very easy.
Pic 7: Fit the assembly 72.3 as shown and fix using 2 x PWB screws through the front of the body section showing.
Pic 8: Press-fit the cover plate 72.4 into place.
Pic 9: Rotate the rear body section back into its original position.
Pic 10: Fit the inner housing parts 72.6, 72.7 and 72.8 together as shown, fixing the parts with 1 x PWB screw from the outside on each side.
Pic 11: Fix the assembly to the rear of the body using 1 x PB screw into the bracket 72.5.

STAGE 73A:
Megazord left hand.
Pic 1: Locate the thumb parts 73.8 and 73.9.
Pic 2: Fit them together as shown.
Pic 3: Locate the other hand parts 73.1 and 73.5.
Pic 4: Fit the thumb assembly 73.8/9 into the hand part 73.1 and fix it in place with part 73.5.
Secure with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 5: Locate the joint parts 2 x 73.3, 2 x 73.15 and 73.4.
Pic 6: Fit the black rubber parts 73.15 inside the cups of 73.3, then fit the two assemblies either side of the joint 73.4.
Fix together with 3 x PWB screws.

STAGE 73B:
Pic 8: Fix the cover plate 73.6 over the hinge with 3 x PWB screws.
Pic 9: Locate the finger parts 73.10, 73.11, 73.12, 73.13 and 73.14.
Pic 10: Cut the parts 73.14 from the sprue and press-fit them into the finger parts, keeping the fingers in order.
NOTE – The printed instructions incorrectly number the fitting of the sprue parts 73.14.
They are easy to fit in the correct order however as they will only fit in each appropriate finger.
Pic 11: Press-fit the fingers together in the order shown.
Pic 12: Shows the fingers fitted together firmly.
Pic 13: Fit the fingers into the hand assembly as shown.
Pic 14: Fit the outer hand part 73.2 in place and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 15: Press-fit the cover plate 73.7 in place.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 74A:
Mastodon rear right leg 1.
Pic 1: Retrieve the Mastodon leg assembly and tilt the main body upwards to give access to the inner rear.
Fit the outer cover 74.1 over the inner bracket 72.7 and fix using 1 x KB screw.
Pic 2: Locate the hind leg parts 74.2, 74.6, 74.9 and 74.10.
Fit the rubber sleeve 74.9 over the shaft 74.10.
Pic 3: Pass the shaft 74.18 through the panel 74.2 from the inside so the rubber sleeve 74.9 locates in the recess.
Fit part 74.6 to the other side of the shaft and panel.
Pic 4: tilt the assembly up and fit to the rear panel so that the shaft 74.10 locates in the hole in 74.1.
Pic 5: Shows a different view of the assembly.
Pic 6: Fit the hand assembly over the shaft as shown.

STAGE 74B:
Pic 8: Keep rotating 72.2 as far as possible and then rotate the hand upwards.
Pic 9: With the assembly in this position as seen from the side, fit the rubber sleeve 74.9 over the shaft 74.10.
Pic 10: Fit the small red trim 74.7 in place on the leg and fit the other leg panel 74.3 in place.
Fix using 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 11: Fit the bracket 74.8 inside the foot 74.4 and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 12: Fit the assembly to the bottom of the leg and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 13: Press-fit the lower plate 74.5 in place.
Pic 14: Fit the other connecting part 74.6 in place as shown.
