STAGE 39A:

Radiator right wall.

Pic 1: Fit the connector 39B to the panel 39A as shown and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 2: Fit the panel in place on the front frame as shown.

Pic 3: From underneath, fix the panel using 1 x TM screw and 1 x AP screw.

Pic 4: Fit the air duct 39D in place as shown.

Pic 5: Press the front clip 39C in place to hold the air duct.

Pic 6: Fit the bracket 39E over the air duct and fix it using 2 x AAP screws.

STAGE 39B:

Pic 7: Fit the upper air duct 39F in place as shown.

Pic 8: Fit the hose 39G in place as shown.

Pic 9: Fix the front from the other side with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 10: Fit the front bracket 39H in place and fix from underneath with 1 x TM screw.

Pic 11: From the outside, fix the end of 39H in place using 1 x AM screw.

Pic 12: Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 40:

Radiator.

Pic 1: Attach the fitting 40F to the radiator 40A as shown and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Make sure the flat part of the pin on the front is upwards.

Pic 2: Locate the other part of the radiator 40B.
The holes and pins shown on the parts will press-fit together.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 3: Shows the parts assembled.

Pic 4: Press-fit the top rail 40D in place on the radiator upper edge on 40A.
There are slots and tabs where indicated that will fit together.
Make sure the front curved edge of 40D is facing the radiator body.

Pic 5: Store all parts safely for now.

STAGE 41:

Radiator body.

Pic 1: Locate the pipe parts 41E and 41F.
The parts will press-fit together.

Pic 2: Shows the pipe assembled.

Pic 3: Lay the radiator upper body 41G face down and fit the half-pipe 41H in place at the top.
Fix with 2 x KP screws.

Pic 4: Fix the other four half-pipes in the same way.

Pic 5: Store the assembly and unused parts safely.

STAGE 42A:

Radiator body 2.

Pic 1: Fit the 2 x screw mounts 42J into the top of the radiator body 42G.
They will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Locate the pipe-half 42I and remove the identification tab indicated.

Pic 3: Fit 42I in place as shown over the 2 x 42J and fix with 2 x KP screws.

Pic 4: Fit the other 3 x pipe halves and fix with 2 x KP screws in each.

Pic 5: Press-fit the end plate 42A in place as shown.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 6: Fix from the outside left end with 1 x KP screw.

Pic 7: Fit the other end plate 41A in the same way, fixing it with 1 x KP screw.

Pic 8: Shows the assembly from the other side.

Pic 9: Fit the 2 x end pipes 42B as shown into the end plate 42A.

Pic 10: Fit the 2 x end pipes 41B as shown into the end plate 41A.

Pic 11: Retrieve the radiator assembly from stage 40 and fit the radiator in place as shown, fixing it with 4 x TP screws.

Pic 12: Press-fit the outer pipe 41C in place on the end plate 41A.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 13: Press-fit the outer pipe 42C in place on the end plate 42A.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 14: Fit the curved pipe 40E saved from stage 40 to the radiator 40F.
It will only fit one way.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 43A:

Central chassis and radiator.

Pic 1: Cut 2 x 80mm pieces of tube from 42K.

Pic 2: Retrieve the front assembly and remove the horn 30B.

Pic 3: Fit the two hoses 42K as shown.

Pic 4: Refit the horn 30B.

Pic 5: Position the radiator assembly in front of the main frame as shown and pass the hose 42K through the hole in the radiator side plate.

Pic 6: Repeat on the other side.

STAGE 43B:

Pic 7: Tilt the radiator assembly up and over the front frame.

Pic 8: Shows the position of the radiator assembly for now.

Pic 9: Turn the chassis over and pass the two hoses 42K out and under as shown. Leave them loose for now.

Pic 10: With the chassis the right way up, rotate the radiator assembly down again, into position between the chassis side plates.

Pic 11: Fix the radiator assembly to the chassis frame using 1 x AM screw as shown.
Take your time here as it is quite fiddly.

Pic 12: Repeat on the other side.

Pic 13: Retrieve the hose assembly 41E/F from stage 41 and pass the narrow end through the opening in the side panel.
Fit the front end to the radiator.

STAGE 43C:

Pic 14: Assemble the hose parts 42E and 42F.

Pic 15: Fit the hose in place on the other side in the same way as step 13.

Pic 16: Fit the fixing plate 41D between the radiator side and the chassis side plate and fix with 2 x SP screws.

Pic 17: Repeat on the other side with fixing plate 42D.

Pic 18: Turn the assembly over and trim the two hoses 42K a bit shorter, and then tuck them in under the front panel as shown.

Pic 19: Bend the two lower tabs on the metal radiator panel 40C at 90 degrees forwards and fit the panel in place as shown.
Fix using 4 x SM screws.

Store the assembly and the unused frame safely for now.

STAGE 44:

Battery box and frame.

Pic 1: Retrieve the unused parts from stage 43.
Fit the junction box 43B and support 44C together and fix with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 2: Retrieve the frame 43A.

Pic 3: Fit the junction box 34B/C to the frame as shown and fix from underneath with 1 x SM screw.

Pic 4: Fit the three hoses 43D, 43E and 43F to the junction box 43B in the positions as shown.

Pic 5: Retrieve the main front assembly frame 30A and fit the battery box 44A in place.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from underneath with 3 x AP screws.

Pic 6: Store everything safely for now.
