STAGE 33A:
Engine pulley and belt system.
Pic 1: Locate the engine panel and 2 x pulleys 33A and 2 x 33C. Fit them together as shown and fix with 1 x UM screw through each pulley.
Pic 2: Fit the other three pulleys 2 x 33D and 33E and fix with 3 x AM screws.
Pic 3: Locate the pulley parts 33F and 33I. The pins in 33F will fit in the holes in 33I.
Pic 4: Press-fit the parts together.
Pic 5: Fit the outer pulley 33H to the assembly.
Pic 6: Fit the assembled pulleys to the lower end of the engine panel and fix with 1 x UM screw.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 33B:
Pic 7: Fit the large drive belt 33J around the pulleys as indicated by the yellow line. The lower end of the belt will fit around the smaller pulley at the rear bottom.
Pic 8: Position the belt 33L around the lower pulley as shown.
Pic 9: Fit the pulley support 33B in place.
Pic 10: Secure from behind with 1 x UP screw.
Pic 11: Fit the pulley 33G in place fixing it with 1 x AP screw and then fit third belt 33K over the two lower pulleys as shown.
Pic 12: Fit the assembly in place on the engine as shown and fix with 2 x AM screws. Fit the belt 33L over the alternator.
Pic 13: Fit the support bar 32A over the locating hole in the engine panel 33A and fix with 1 x AM screw.

STAGE 34:
Coils and firewall.
Pic 1: Locate the ignition wire 34D.
Pic 2: Cut the wire into 4 x 100mm lengths.
Pic 3: Fit the 4 x wires into the coil 34B.
Pic 4: Press-fit the other coil part 34C into place. It will only fit one way.
Pic 5: Fit the assembly to the rear wall 34A as shown. Bend the wires into place before fitting the coil 34B/C in place.
Pic 6: Shows a close up of the wire positions.
Pic 7: Fit the other wire 34E onto the pin on the blue fitting 9I.

STAGE 35:
Auxiliary tank.
Pic 1: Retrieve the firewall 34A and fit the window 35A in place. The window will fit in the recessed side of the firewall.
Pic 2: Press-fit the frame surround 35B in place as shown.
Pic 3: From the other side, fix the parts with 6 x ACP screws.
Pic 4: Press-fit the two halves of the auxiliary tank 35C and 35D together.
Pic 5: Fit the hose connector 35E to the assembly as shown.
Pic 6: Cut a 11mm piece of hose from 35F and fit it to the other connector 35E. Fit the hose and connector to the tank as shown.
Pic 7: Cut a 90mm piece of hose from 35F and fit it to the pin on the end of the tank.
Pic 8: Fit the tank assembly to the top left of the firewall. It will only fit one way. Fix with 2 x AP screws from the other side.

STAGE 36A:
Coolant expansion tank.
Pic 1: Fit together the tank parts 36B and 36C. They will only fit one way.
Pic 2: Fit the top part 36A and fix from underneath with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 3: Press-fit the connector 36D as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the pipe 36P to the other connector 36D, then fit the parts together as shown. NOTE: The short pipe 36P supplied was not long enough to fit as suggested, and as shown here. If your pipe is too short, use a different piece from your spares, or turn the lower fitting the other way round so the pipe is straight.
Pic 5: Press-fit the 4 x connectors 36E in the positions shown. Press-fit the top connector 36F.
Pic 6: Cut a piece of pipe 36O to 60mm and fit it to the connector shown.
Pic 7: Cut a piece of pipe 36O to 140mm and fit it to the connector shown.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 36B:
Pic 8: Fit the assembly to the firewall bulkhead from stage 34 as shown and fix from the other side with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 9: Fit the control unit parts 36G and 36I together and fix with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 10: Fit the mounting bracket 36H to the assembly and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 11: Fit the assembly to the top of the firewall as shown and fix from the other side with 2 x KP screws.
Pic 12: Press-fit the oil pump parts 36J and 36K together.
Pic 13: Press-fit the fittings 36L, 36M and 36N in place as shown.
Pic 14: Fix to the firewall using 1 x AP screw from behind.
Pic 15: Retrieve the main assembly and cut a length of 140mm pipe from 36O. Connect one end to the blue fitting on the end of the transmission. Feed the pipe behind the airbox panel so it comes out at the front of the assembly.
Store everything safely for now.

STAGE 37A:
Firewall.
NOTE: You may need to reference previous build stages to identify some of the hoses and pipes described during this stage. The individual part numbers refer to the stage they were used in. For example, 29E would have been fitted in stage 29.
Pic 1: Locate the wheel and tyre provided in this stage.
Pic 2: Soak the tyre in hot water for around 30 seconds. Take care here.
Pic 3: Remove the tyre from the hot water with tongs and dry it. Place the tyre over the wheel on a firm surface.
Pic 4: Press down firmly to fit the tyre.
Store this assembly safely for now as it is not needed in this stage.
Pic 5: Retrieve the main assembly and locate the rear left brake hose 19M. Feed the hose through the assembly as shown.
Pic 6: Lay the firewall 34A on the main floor close to the engine and feed 19M through the hole as indicated.

STAGE 37B:
Pic 8: Locate the white hose 10K and fit the end to the connector on the pump as shown.
Pic 9: Shows another view of the parts.
Pic 10: Locate the 140mm hose 36O and fit it to the other end of the pump.
Pic 11: Prop the firewall up a little for the next steps. Locate the hose 34E indicated and connect it to the top right fitting on the cylinder.
Pic 12: Feed the 60mm 36O pipe through the firewall as shown.
Pic 13: Feed the 140mm 36O pipe through the hole further across the firewall.
Pic 14: Locate the three pipes 30K, 30G-1 and 30G-2. They are all close together on the left side. Feed the hoses through the three holes in triangular formation on the firewall.

STAGE 37C:
Pic 16: Prop the firewall into an almost vertical position for the next steps otherwise some of the hoses will not reach their locating holes. Feed the 4 x ignition cables through the manifold so you can reach them from the cylinder head side later on.
Pic 17: Make sure the support bars 2 x 28F are pointing forwards into their locating holes on the firewall. Fix from the other side with 1 x SM screw for the top bar and 1 x AM screw for the bottom bar.
Pic 18: Fit the two engine frame bars to the firewall as shown and fix from the other side with 2 x SM screws.
Pic 19: Repeat on the other side.
Pic 20: Shows the location of the SM screws. The other side of the firewall is the same.
Pic 21: Fix the lower edge of the firewall to the main floor using 4 x CM screws. The picture also shows the SM screws previously fitted.
Pic 22: Connect the 4 x plug leads 34D to the plug caps on the cylinder head.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 37D:
Pic 23: Feed the two pipes 29M from the blue connectors on the manifold through the holes in the firewall as indicated.
Pic 24: Shows the pipe connections from a different view.
Pic 25: Connect the silver hose 28P to the top left connector on the tank as shown.
Pic 26: Feed the red pipe 14O through the hole indicated.
Pic 27: Connect the black hose 14N to the lower connector on the tank.
Pic 28: Run the clear hose from the top of the tank along the upper engine frame and fix in place using the 2 x cable ties 37C. Once tight, cut off the excess tie and rotate them so the larger ‘box’ part is not showing.
Pic 29: Store the model safely for now.

STAGE 38A:
Steering box.
Pic 1: Locate the steering column parts 38D and 38E. You will also need SM screws.
Pic 2: Assemble the parts as shown and fix from each side with 1 x SM screw.
Pic 3: Fit the geared column part 38F as shown and fix with two more SM screws.
Pic 4: Fit the other universal joint 38D to the other end of the column with two more SM screws.
Pic 5: Lay the geared end of the assembly in the lower steering box 38C and place the rack 38A over the top. The geared end of the rack is on the right.
Pic 6: Fit the top of the steering box and fix with 6 x AM screws.

STAGE 38B:
Pic 7: Locate the rack arms 38H and 38I. They are marked on the round ends with ‘L’ and ‘R’ – left and right. Slide one rubber boot 38B in place as shown on each arm.
Pic 8: Fit the rack arms to the steering assembly as shown making sure they are fitted to the correct sides. Fix with 1 x BM screw in each.
Pic 9: Slide the boots 2 x 38B over the screw fixings.
Pic 10: Retrieve the main assembly and fit the steering assembly as shown. Make sure the steering column goes through the floor as indicated. Fix using 2 x AM screws.
Pic 11: Retrieve the front suspension frame assembly and fit it in place as shown. Check that the prop shaft locates in the transmission case as indicated.
Pic 12: Turn the assembly over and fix the parts together with 2 x AM screws and 2 x AP screws where indicated.
