Issue 16
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Begin by assembling the left intake manifold (16A) into the left intake manifold gasket (16F). Both parts are marked with the letter “L”, pictures 2 and 3. Do the same with the right manifold parts (16B & 16G), picture 4.
Fit the two manifold assemblies into the air filter housing (16C), picture 5. Place the tabs as shown in picture 6 and secure them in place using 4 x “G” screws.
Now attach the air intake throttle, from the previous issue, and attach it to the air filter housing, pictures 7 and 8. Fit the air intake cover onto the air intake housing and secure them using 2 x “C” screws, picture 9 and 10.
Fit the air intake duct assembly from the previous issue and attach it to the intake throttle body, picture 11.
Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the two breather pipes, the two longer ones (16D) into the two pins of the engine block. Take the engine breather pipe, the shorter one, (16E), and attach it to the end of the right intake manifold, picture 12.
Complete this stage by attaching the manifold onto the top of the engine. Carefully move the pipes to the side and push fit the pins on both the left and right manifolds into the engine block, picture 13.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 20
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Before we start with this issue, you will see that you have been supplied with a replacement air conditioning radiator (20B), picture 2. The difference between the original and the replacement is that the replaced part has a small pin on the side as shown in picture 3.
Fit the two radiators (20A & B) together using 2 x type “G” screws, picture 4.
Take the fan assembly from the previous issue and attach it to the back of the radiator as shown in picture 5 using 4 x type “G” screws. Push fit the radiator header (20C) onto the top of the radiator, pictures 6 and 7.
Retrieve the expansion tank from the previous issue and attach it to the side of the radiator as shown in picture 8. Place the radiator cap on the top of the radiator, picture 9, then place the hose between the radiator cap and the expansion tank, picture 10.
