Issue 107

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Fitting the Hinges

Take the front left hinges (107C &D). These are marked with the letter “L”, and secure the two by using an TM screw, pictures 2 and 3. Do the same with the right-side hinges, marked “R” (107E & F), picture 4.

Using 2 x AM screws fit both the left and right hinge assemblies to the hood extension (107G), pictures 5 and 6.

Fit the front left and right hinges parts (107A & B) using an AM screw, pictures 7 and 8.

Next, secure the two hood connection plates (107H) to the underside of the hood using 4 x AKM screws, pictures 9 and 10.

Use four more AKM screws to attach the hood extension to the two hood connector plates, picture 11.

Finally, attach the two hinge parts “A” to the underside of the hood as shown in pictures 12 and 13.

Picture 14 shows the completed assembly for this issue.

Issue 110

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Fitting the Turn Signals

Using the “L” and” R” markings as guides, push the two sets of housings (110A &110C) and lenses (110B & 110D) together, pictures 2 and 3.

Attach each turn signal to the front of the body panel using 2 x AM screws, pictures 4 and 5.

Unplug the front left and front right turn signals marked “G” and “H”, picture 6.

Push the right signal LED (H) into the hole in the right turn signal. Bend the bulb casing in a 90-degree angle as shown in picture 7. This is also the shorter of the two cables.

Do the same with the left-hand LED, pushing it into the left turn signal, picture 8.

Finally, use the four cable clips to run the four cables in the assembly, each clip uses 2 x AM screws, pictures 9 and 10.

Picture 11 shows all four clips in place. Note, I also used some of the black tape to secure the cables.

That completes the assembly for this issue.
