Issue 95
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
The Chest Armour Place the right clavicle triangle (95B) marked with an “R””, picture 2, in the hole onto the right side of the upper armour (95A), picture 3. Do the same with the left clavicle triangle (95C), picture 4.
Retrieve the right chest armour from issue 3 and connect it to the upper armour on its right side, picture 5. Turn both assemblies over and attach the two parts together using 2 x AM screws, picture 6. Retrieve the left chest armour from issue 3 and do the same with the left side, picture 7. Picture 8 shows the parts in place.
Retrieve the pins from issue 94 and insert the left pin, marked with an “L” into the hole under the arm, part 91A to reinforce the joint between it and the front armour, picture 9. Do the same with the right pin, picture 10.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 96
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
The Chest Armour and Hand with Data Connector Snap fit the right shoulder clasp (96B), marked with an “R”, onto the right shoulder, so its two pins on one side of the clasp are inserted into the two holes in the upper front armour and the pin on the other side goes into the back of the shoulder, picture 2. Do the same with the left shoulder clasp, picture 3.
Position the wrist joint A (96D) inside the right-hand palm as shown in picture 4. Place the wrist joint B (96E) over the wrist joint A and secure in place using 2 x BM screws, picture 5.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 97
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
The Hand with Connector and the Head Snap fit the (97G) cover to the (97E) connector base of the supplementary hand, pictures 2 and 3.
Insert the data connector (97F), picture 4.
Retrieve the head assembly from issue 1. Note: For this part of the assembly, I removed the helmet, picture 5. Place the friction block A (97C) into the concave face of the internal connector as shown in picture 6. Next, place the friction block B (97D) over the previous friction block, picture 7.
Put the ball joint part of the upper joint (97B) into the internal connector over the friction blocks. Holding the assembly into position, secure the parts using 3 x BP screws, picture 8.
Retrieve the body assembly and connect the lower head joint at the top of the neck. Fix the head in place using 2 x BP screws. This can be quite fiddly as you access the screws through the gap at the front of the head, picture 9.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
