Issue 21

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assemble the right compressor housing (21D) into the right turbo housing (21A), picture 2. Using a “C” screw, secure the two parts together, picture 3.

Press fit the turbo (21C) into the housing, picture 4.

Finally, fit the pin on the end of the right turbo housing into the hole in the bent end of the right exhaust pipe (21B).

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 22

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assemble the right compressor housing (22D) into the right turbo housing (22A), picture 2. Using a “C” screw, secure the two parts together, picture 3.

Press fit the turbo (22C) into the housing, picture 4.

Finally, fit the pin on the end of the right turbo housing into the hole in the bent end of the right exhaust pipe (22B), picture 5.

Fit the radiator assembly onto the intake duct, inserting the pin on the duct, picture 6.

Insert the pin on the bottom of the left turbo housing into the hole in the end of the left exhaust manifold. Align the hole in the left compressor housing with the hole in the side flange of the radiator, picture 7. Secure in place using a “D” type screw, picture 8.

Now do the same with the right turbo housing, pictures 9 and 10.

Picture 11 show the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 23

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assemble the turbocharger pressure pipe (23D) by first passing it under the intake throttle body and insert each end into the turbo housings, picture 2.

Fit the pin on the end of the right pipe from the intercooler of the turbocharger (23B) into the bottom of the right compressor housing, picture 3.

Now do the same with the left pipe (23C), picture 4. Part (23A) the intercooler will be assembly at a later stage.

Picture 5 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 25

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assemble the gearshift (25C) into the slot in the front of the centre console (25D) as shown in pictures 2 and 3.

Turn the assembly over and fit the gearshift retaining plate (25A) and secure using 2 x “D” screws picture 4.

Take the console assembly and place it onto the centre console housing (25B), picture 5. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 2 x “C” screws, picture 6.

Picture 7 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 26 Part 1

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

First, we assemble the seat belts to the floor panel. Insert the flat ends of the two seat belts (26B) into the slots as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Turn the cabin floor over and bend the flat ends to 90 degrees and secure them in place using a “C” screw on each one, pictures 4 and 5.

Attach the glove box cover (26E) to the glove box top (26A) and secure using 2 x “C” screws, pictures 6, 7 and 8.

Press in the two pins of the cigarette lighter socket (26C) into the holes in the front of the glove box, picture 9. Push fit the cigarette lighter (26D) into the socket, picture 10.

That completes part 1 for this issue.

Issue 26 Part 2

Attach the glove box to the centre console housing and secure in place using 2 x “C” screws, pictures 11 and 12.

Fit the console assembly onto the cabin floor and secure it in place using 4 x “C” screws, picture 13 and 14.

Place the seatbelts into the slots in the console, picture 15.

Finally, fit the two seat belt attachments (26F) into the side slots on the top of the cabin floor, pictures 16 and 17.

That completes part 2 of the assembly for this issue.
