I went to build stage 103, the right rear wheel, and found that the outer barrel is too large and won't sit in the tyre. I tried everything, taking it apart, trimming the tyre a bit but no luck so I removed the left wheel which was fine and took that apart to find that the same barrel on this side was smaller. In the pics the correct left wheel is on the left and the incorrect right wheel is on the right. Yes, that doesn't look right.
I had no problems with that stage so I suggest you contact c/s for a replacement.
Shouldn't be an issue.

This is ridiculous, they've sent me another 103 and again, it's the same!! In this pic, the one on the right is the stage 99 and the other 2 are the 2 103 stages. Can you post a full 'sideways on' picture of the wheels so we can see the differences up close?

I'm at work now so I'll do it tomorrow. I contacted cs and they said that they are going to send me a stage 99. Not sure that'll be any different as surely they come from the same machine. I am going to check mine tonight. I haven't opened the pack because I am way behind on the build. If there is a problem, do you thibk Customer Support could help, even if I am out of the time they state you have to flag any problems??

My 103 is indeed sticking out the same. Going to contact CS and ask for another 99.

I was a couple of days outside the 14 day complaint period, so here's hoping that someone who has stuck with this to the end can be helped ;)
***UPDATE*** They just said they would send another 103, despite me explicitly requesting a 99. I have replied again to politely ask if they can make it a 99 instead...

UPDATE: I've received another stage 99 as a replacement for the 2 faulty stages 103. This part is the correct size so it seems that there is an issue just with stage 103. They replied to me to say it will be a 99 rather than a 103 that I get too. I eagerly await its arrival!
