STAGE 3:

Reactor exhaust.

Pic 1: Press-fit the 6 x reactor tube shafts 3-9 into the base plate 3-1 as shown.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Press-fit the 6 x reactor tubes 3-8 in place over the shafts.

Pic 3: Fit the vent centre and base 3-6 and 3-7 together and fix from inside with 1 x ‘B’ screw.

Pic 4: Press-fit the assembly in place on the base.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 5: Press-fit the reactor vent 3-5 onto the base plate.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 6: Fit the 4 x exhaust pipes 3-4 onto the base plate as shown and fix from behind with 1 x ‘B’ screw in each.

Pic 7: Press-fit the 4 x exhaust shafts 3-3 into the tubes as shown.
Make sure they are all aligned as shown.

Pic 8: Fit the 4 x exhaust collars 3-2 in place as shown.
They will only fit one way.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 4A:

Dashboard.

Pic 1: Locate the steering wheel parts 4-30, 4-31 and 4-32.
4-31 will fit on the front of 4-30 and 4-32 goes on the rear.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

Pic 3: From behind.

Pic 4: Locate the dashboard 4-28 and the LED strips 4-29.

Pic 5: Fit the LED’S in the order shown with the plug wire on the right.
Fix with 1 x ‘E’ screw in each LED.

Pic 6: Fit the screen 4-26 inside the panel 4-25.

Pic 7: View from the front.

STAGE 4B:

Pic 8: Fit the assembly on the right of the dashboard and fix from behind with 1 x ‘D’ screw.
Note that the LED wire locates in the small groove on the end of the dashboard.

Pic 9: Fit the end panel 4-27 in place and fix from behind with 1 x ‘D’ screw.

Pic 10: Fit the switches 4-20 inside the panel 4-19 as shown.

Pic 11: Fit the switches 4-22 in place.

Pic 12: Fit the switches 4-21 and 4-23 in place. They have been outlined for clarity.

Pic 13: Fit the red light strip 4-24 in place as shown

Pic 14: Push-fit the assembly onto the dashboard as shown.

Pic 15: Fit the switches 4-8 in place on panel 4-7. They have been outlined for clarity.

Pic 16: Fit the switch strip 4-9 in place.

Pic 17: Fit the clear panel 4-10 and fix with 1 x ‘D’ screw.

Pic 18: Fit the assembly into the lower part of the dashboard.

Pic 19: Locate the main panel 4-1.

Pic 20: Fit the switches 4-2 and 4-3 in place. They have been outlined for clarity.

Pic 21: Fit the switches 4-4 and 4-5 in place. They have been outlined for clarity.

Pic 22: Fit the clear dial panel 4-6 in place and fix with 1 x ‘D’ screw.

Pic 23: Completed panel.

Pic 24: Fix the panel to the dashboard with 2 x ‘D’ screws from behind.

Pic 25: Fit the switches 4-13 into the panel 4-11 as shown.

STAGE 4D:

Pic 26: Fit the switch strip 4-12 in place.

Pic 27: Fit the red lights 4-15 in place.

Pic 28: Fit the switch strip 4-14 in place.

Pic 29: Fix the panel to the dashboard with 2 x ‘D’ screws from behind.

Pic 30: Fit the switches 4-17 into the panel 4-16.

Pic 31: Fit the red lights 4-18 in place.

Pic 32: Fix the panel to the dashboard with 1 x ‘D’ screw from behind.

Pic 33: Connect the plug on the wire into the test PCB ACC2, using the socket marked LED.
Fit the battery to test that the LED’s all light up.

Pic 34: Store the parts safely for now
